I've got my practical exam booked a couple of weeks away so I've decided to buy this DVD. It is very informative and will help everybody in all aspects of their driving may it be theory or practical. In my case, I have only read the practical lessons and it shows me what the examiner are looking for on the day of the exam. So i would definitely recommend this to everyone

This is truly a great piece of sex education for any one. During the commentary you can switch between him/her or a third person view which allows you to see from different views what is happening during sexual intercourse. Don't look at this as a dirty porn film because it is not that at all. It is purely for educational use and is filmed in a very professional and respectful way. The extras are good such as how the guide was made and the troubles the crew had to go through in making it, as well as a few quizzes that try to profile you and then tells you to watch certain chapters to work on your love making skills.
This is a great extra if you have any of the Lovers guide dvd's or just an intro to the dvd collection. If you have enjoyed ... Read More:

This interactive quiz is seemingly a great conversion of the show to the DVD game format. The questions are all asked by Stephen Fry in full video, the answers explained in a similar fashion. The writing and performance for all the questions (and the wrong and right answers) are very amusing and interesting, which would make this interactive DVD completely recommendable and an essential purchase.
BUT, the game itself has a fatal flaw built in. There are 7 categories with 50 questions to answer in each. When you get to the end of a category, if you've answered everything correctly, but on one or more questions you've not answered with the most interesting correct answer, you're sent back to do all 50 questions again! There's no indication ... Read More:

Certainly not the greatest ever. Yes loads of questions, But very boring, and as for intros hardly any. We played 3 times and it lasted about 10 minutes a game.that will be put back in box never to be seen again.

I was hoping (like others) to be able to play this more than once with a different culprit. Unfortunately it will always be the same person (and once the game started I remembered quickly who did it) If when you play the game both teams guess wrong then my advice is don't let Poirot tell you, that way the game can be played again with the mystery intact
However, the mix of puzzles and games are THE BEST I have seen. (I'm a fan of DVD games) and from end to end it should take a couple of hours or so. Though I did find when I played it a second time that a fair few questions are repeated (though none within a game)
It is probably best to compare this to a murder mystery party 'kit'. If you think of it that way then it is very good. ... Read More:

First proper interactive DVD (since the dull HP), and managing 140 points and trying to Blow Up Hamster (he's in caravan 2 or 3) was great! That's a quick-paced, fun game which has loads of new cars in it. Got that?
On an iMac, when you play Head 2 Head, and you choose Team Hammond, it freezes. But the rest was fine.
If you thought you were expecting sequins, leotards and other flamboyancy then you've either stumbled into the BBC ballroom or possibly Stephen's dressing room.
This DVD is so hilarious and as the DVD blurb does state, the closest one gets to dancing in here is the name of each "dunce rooms" with them being various dancing styles and the questions rarely associated to the name itself.
However if you were eagle eyed then back during the start of March you would have noticed that The Times was running a Free DVD/PC Game promo and sadly QI's Strictly Come Duncing was one of the DVDs, whether you were lucky enough to have gained a copy or not, purchasing this DVD will not only give you a mental thrashing with General Ignorance but when competing ... I really enjoyed this game as theres loads of stuff from the second film in it as well as the first.
You can play it again and again, and its good for a group of friends to do together. I like how Miss Darbus guides you through the game, it makes you feel really involved in it, and the games that you can play actually make you get up and perform rather than just pressing buttons all the time.
A great game, if you like the films then you will like this too.

Bought this as a family game for christmas - When playing the game it refused to play the team game , and froze half way through the single game. I did finally get it to work running on a PC , But i have also tried it on a number of DVD players with mixed results , although i haven't done exhaustive testing on this I think it may have something to do with whether your DVD player is DVD + or DVD -. Nothing in the instructions alludes to this. Having played it a number of times now with the 10 and 7 year old , it is great fun although the same catch phrases to come up quite regularly.
