I grew up watching only a few films and the Hunchback of Notre Dame was one of them.
I used to get my mam to rent it from the local video shop over and over again, and in the end the owner just ended up giving us the video.
Sadly, since my VHS player stopped working last year, i have had to convert all my videos onto DVD, which is a pain and costs money.
I think the Hunnchback of Notre Dame is an amazing story! Especially for children and especially for those growing up in the world today. I believe, and know, the moto to the story is dont be afraid of who you are, be proud. And since there's a lot of people today that are afraid to be themselves. I think this story is s good lesson!
The film has an amazing storyline..okay ... Read More:

The Mighty Ducks trilogy is without a doubt the best sports trilogy of all time. A real happy, funny, feel-good, movie for all the family, young and old.
This movie introduced me to the world of ice hockey at a young age, and inspired me to give it a go.
Upon purchasing this item, I assumed it would have the Easter Clubhouse Hunt (There was no episode guide on the back), however when watching this with my child, it did not. Good overall with the other episodes, full length and a great watch for kids.

This DVD is worth it just for Rupert and the Frog Chorus, but the other two shorts are great in their way, Tuesday especially has a wonderful feeling of magic that very seldom transfers from children's book to screen.
As for the Paul McCartney angle, when he's a genius and a National Treasure - but also a big Rupert fan and just like all of us grown ups who still love to visit Nutwood every now and again. Buy one for yourself, one for the parent or aunty who bought you your Rupert books when you were little and a third for a youngster you know - that's what I did!

1) the songs are awesome. "Gaston" had me chuckling away.
2) the animation, especially in the snow and the forests, is just amazing
3) you can read as much depth as you want into the story.
Unlike virtually every other fairy tale, especially disney stories, belle isn't a princess. She's not even all that poor. She's a middle class girl in a rural environment. And the thing that she likes most in the world? Reading. how awesome is that? she doesn't just fall in love with the main guy in town, she goes for the guy with the biggest library. Similarly, the one who really learns his lesson is the beast, for being mean to that old woman, who was in fact a witch. So the aristocrat was brought down ... Read More:

'The Nightmare Before Christmas' is one of those wonderfully atmospheric films that has easily stood the test of time. It is as delightful and quirky now as when it was initially released. The stop-motion animation is superb and the dark Tim Burton Characters are perfect for the story. Danny Elfman provided the music and songs for this film and they stick in your head at first listen and you can't help but grin and sing along with subsequent viewings. The story is unique and fun and although it has a very dark turn to it, it is still fine viewing for children, although I tend to feel adults may appreciate it more. This is one film I watch annually (yes, at Christmas time!) as a matter of tradition now and I love it every time. A modern classic, and rightly so, and if you haven't ... Read More:
