I was totally hooked from the 1st episode and ending up watching the full 6... New highlight of a Friday night is the 2nd series being re shown.

I am a fan of most of the Pixar films but have to say that I found this one to be slightly disappointing. It is brilliantly animated,Paris looks glorious and it is well voiced. For some reason though,'Ratatouille' just didn't hold my attention and it isn't a film that I would watch again.
The highlight comes from the voice of Peter O' Toole as Anton Ego.He clearly has a ball as the arrogant food critic and all of the scenes he features in are a delight. On the whole I did feel that this isn't in the same league as 'Toy Story 1 & 2' or 'A Bug's Life'.A fair effort but not Pixar's best.

Is this either Jackie Chan's or Jet Li's finest hour? No.
Is it one of the greatest Martial Arts or chop-socky movies ever? No.
The american protagonist is not particularly engaging either. I can't help but at least partially agree with another reviewer that less western and more eastern influence would have helped this movie a lot.
However, for those who have been entertained by both Jackie Chan and Jet Li for many years, this film is still a good tip-of-the-hat. In fact, the first fight between the two is especially good.

One of my most favourite sitcoms of all time. Perfect performances, biting and surreal writing, daftness and cleverness in equal measure, great cameos from quality actors like Simon Pegg and Annette Crosbie: an absolute gem of a TV show.
Rarely do the scenes venture away from the squalor of Bernard Black's bookshop, but they don't need to. The three main characters' foibles perfectly balance each of the comic scenarios. God I wish I had written this!

Every so often a sequel comes along which is head and shoulders above the original. This proves the case.
Hellboy II is far superior to Hellboy. Better story, acting and far more laughs. Its a comic book story told the way comic book stories should be with action, great graphics, romance and humour. I love the ugly super-hero idea. Hellboy II doesn't disappoint and I bet you that after watching the film you too will be sing Barry Manilow songs.
I can only hope that Hellboy III follows the improving trend.

Enjoyable, mindless, and very funny. Downey Jr. was surprisingly brilliant. Little plot or real substance but who cares, just fun hokum and the best film I've seen for a while. Recommended.

I was bowled over by this film. It really is a little gem in the history of film. The performances from all three leading characters were superb and the storyline was totally tragic. I cannot believe that the monarchy operated in such a dreadfully inhumane way towards women who tragically lost babies or did not produce the right sex for an heir.It makes me thankful to be alive in this day and age and realise that we as women are equal to men. A tragedy was that of Anne Boleyn who in reality did nothing wrong except produce a girl instead of a boy. I really recommend this film, its something that doesn't come along everyday.

This is a very heavy-handed narrative, in which a pair of New Yorkers: slobby unemployed Jack (Kutcher) meets prissy, aspirational, control-freak Joy (Diaz) under unusual circumstances when they both find themselves emotionally bruised and 'recovering' in Vegas. An evening of 'bonding' over heavy drinking finds the two making use of one of the city's famous wedding chapels - and, Britney Spears-style, living to regret it. But during the morning after the night before, things are complicated by a $3 million fruit machine win... to which both parties feel they have a claim.
The unlikely couple seek to divorce: but are forced into cohabitation by the improbable ruling of a quirky judge... who sentences them to 6 months "hard marriage" - or neither ... Read More:

It's an all time classic. I believe this is the only version of Pride and Prejudice that does the book justice. Jane Austen would be very proud. I love the strength that Lizzy shows. She always holds her own and is not afraid to speak her mind. She is highly intelligent and is a good example. Colin Firth plays his part so brilliantly. The complex relationship between these two is wonderful. The battle of wills. Then to watch it all come toghether in the end always brings a tear to my eye. I have not seen a movie yet that beats this. They don't make them like this anymore.

This film is an excellent black comedy, a total roller coaster of emotion, side splittingly funny one second shocking the next. The characters are likeable bad guys with personal issues.
I'd highly recommend this film to any one who wants a change from a serious action film and just wants to while away some time. Some scenes are very graphic but combined with the humour makes it hard to decide wether to laugh or cry.
If I was to some sum up the film in one word it would have to be 'Random'.
