For those of us who have enjoyed having Clue playing in our kitchens and on the car radio for the best part of 35 years, this DVD of the live tour of shows is a gem. For many it will be an opportunity to watch Humph in one of his last public appearances and his comic genious burns as brightly as ever. The team give great support as does Colin Sell on the piano. The final moments, given over to a beautful trumpet solo by Humph as the show closes brought a tear to me eye, and I stood up and joined the audience in their ovation. One of the classic radio comedy shows loses nothing in the transfer to DVD format, it has already become a cherished item in my comedy collection. I also recommend the new CD of the tribite show to Humph broadcast on the ... Read More:

My daughter is 5 and she loves all the Barbie movies. We have them all on DVD and she watches them a lot. Sometimes kids films are hard for an adult to enjoy but the Barbie ones are all so well done and written that I don't mind watching them with her. This is a re-telling of the Charles Dickens story and they have adapted it for young girls. There is no grim reaper style spirit and they don't show the character's death so it is much nicer. Heartwarming tale about the true meaning of Christmas. Any little girl would love this movie.

I would give the DVD 5 star rating too. The program is awesome. Take That is in it's best form, and concert is wonderfully conceived.
I trained myself to perceive buying something I like on a Blu-ray, after I already have it on a DVD, as an upgrade and not double-dipping. As such, I expect it to actually BE an upgrade...
Unfortunately... it was lit for the in-house audience and not for cameras (at least not for cameras used to shoot this concert). Insufficient light leads to grain and grain is abundant here, there is a lot of blocking and it is obvious that there is something gravely wrong with the colors and contrast. It's blooming, posterized and painful to watch. I wasn't expecting much of an improvement over the ... Read More:

Another great British film, following the likes of Hot Fuzz and Bridget Jones.
The Bank Job is based on a true event which was covered up by the media. They stole more money in one night then any other criminal could ever imagine.
In the film they plan to dig their way into the safety deposit box area of the bank via another shop, then they find some photos which were supposed to be kept secret. Then the guy behind these photos wants them back.
I'm going to say no more because I'll probably ruin it for you otherwise!

...but these dics just plain suck. They lock up permanently, I can't access the main menu anymore and my players freeze all the time. These are the only dics that have that problem. Might have something to do with my players ability to memorize the last play, which unfortunately I can't even turn off and it can be circumvented by playing a bunch of different DVDs to clean the cache of the players, but still it is annoying and frustrating. Great show, but they did something to those discs that makes them almost unusable.

So far it is the weakest season of Scrubs, I personally maintain that Scrubs was at it's funniest season 2 and season 5 probably with 4 shortly after. But here the writing got sloppy and the actors do begin to try to compensate, it doesn't work. Again though, as many others say there are enough funny moments to make this a worthwhile purchase, and I'm a huge Scrubs fan so will probbaly never stop watching it. On the bright side, Season 7 (as short as it was through the writers strike) is much much better, which gives me hope for Season 8, (not sure about 9, would the show be the same with the actors playing J.D. and Carla leaving?)

The legendary Monty Python films will forever be funny. The insults, the sayings and the pure stupidity of the characters of the 6 will forever have a place in comic history.

I have ordered this product on 7 Aug 2007, even before the blu-ray version was released and can't descibe how hard was to wait until I've received the package from amazon.co.uk. On 13 Nov 2008 I have ordered for one of my friends the DVD version of this extraordinary documentary pack about our beautiful planet. Even thow I searched for the special features on the BD version thinking I am the one who doesn't know what is doing, I accepted the pack as it was with great footage like nothing ever seen before and was really amazed. After purchasing the DVD pack for this friend of mine I said "let's watch the DVD a little bit for the image comparison" and guess what: at the end of each episode there is a diary of that episode; there are the special features! They are not mentioned ... Read More:
