What a waste of money compared with some other similar products available. No guidance on how to organise the betting. Runners' form is difficult to navigate. There is no indication of the going at the current race. Boring very artificial commentaries for the actual races.

This is a warning to all those sci-fiers thinking of buying this DVD. After organising a gathering of friends to enjoy this DVD, it would not play on my DVD player beyond the first question. Naturally I didn't give it a thorough test run beforehand so as to not be advantaged in the game. The DVD now appears to play on many other players that I have tried. If you have an ancient player like mine (2000) it is unlikely to be able to handle all of the menus on this disc - make sure you have a newer one if you want it to play. Still, it looks like a great game.

I was fortunate enough to get a sneaky play on this game and can assure you that it's great entertainment for the whole family. It's really nicely put together - great video clips, good commentary from Mark Nicholas and, of course, the legend that is Shane Warne.

we are proper dvd quiz game freaks and found this to be a great quiz, played four or five times now with no repeated questions, not too long and drawn out like some others and not to much waiting and idle chat from the presenter in between questions. most questions have a multiple choice of four answers. mainly for people in their late 20's to early 40's though and the presenter can be a bit patronising when you get a question wrong!! overall a great evenings entertainment!

I gave this to my seven year old nephew and he very quickly tired of it. It takes the form of a Board game and each team takes turn as you move around the Board, stopping on spaces that direct you to a limited selection of arcade type games. It takes an awfully long time to finish a whole game, and, I must say, we were expecting more than just a board game. In addition, we found that the game kept hanging which meant that on a few different dvd players we had to do the whole 'unplug and turn back on'. Think this is best suited for 5-7 year olds and that you have to be a big Wallace and Gromit fan.
