Since I started liking McFly, I wanted this DVD to be my first ever purches of McFly. This was the best purches I made!
This DVD has everything a McFly fan want to see. The most amazing songs live! of the most amazing album ever and backstage vidoe of the boys just hanging around doing their thing. And I love it, theres nothing else that makes me smile than to see them joking around and having fun on stage.
The concert was amazing and I can watch a million times non stop and get all excited and happy seeing them singing my favorite songs.
They look great, that sound great and it's the old McFly that we love... being the amazing boys they are. Enjoy every single moment...
YOU MUST BUY IT! trust me, you won't regret :]

Sumptuously filmed in beautiful colours, and with a Dolby sound track that will have your upstairs neighbours hammering in rage on your ceiling with their walking sticks, this film presents a largely fictional account of Mozart's last years, and quite libellously portrays Antonio Salieri as Mozart's murderer. It's all about envy, God and getting your just deserts, according to one Amazon reviewer, and I suppose that according to this school of thought, the fact that it's a seriously inaccurate reconstruction of the past is besides the point. Mozart emerges as a highly precocious and slightly nauseating American kid with an irritating high-pitched laugh, brilliant at wowing the Viennese public, upper and working class alike, with colourful theatricals. ... Starting out as a simple "fly on the wall" behind the scenes on the new album, based around the interesting position the band found themselves in, starting anew without a bassist. However, when James Hetfield takes a stint in rehab and finds a new found love for his family - replacing vodka and bear hunting with playing with his son, his dog and some headphones, and taking his daughter to ballet.
The film is a compelling balance; incredibly funny, insightful and deceptively moving all rolled into one. Whether it has an almost satirical look into the musical world (see the scene where Lars is found stewing in his anger - not that that narrows it down - as they then jot down lyrics for Frantic) or a somewhat moving inspection of life after drug ... I feel most of the vocal songs of this DVD is not sing orginal singers. The Backgroud are stupid. In a word, not very good KARAOKE disk.

I was at the Saturday night Wembley gig and this Bluray definitely brings back excellent memories.
The concert was amazing, and this is a very very good reproduction of it. Lots of camera angles, really well mixed sound. It's 1080p 24fps so on a good TV it'll look great, and the sound is Dolby 5.1, PCM 5.1 or boring stereo - if you have a nice amp the raw PCM will be the one for you!
If you like the Foos and missed them on their current tour, or saw them and want to re-live it, I would highly recommend you get this (it's also just about the only review I've written for a dvd/bluray on amazon, because I like it that much!)

42 tracks recorded over 2 sets in Cardiff on their final tour. It's very much a crowd pleasing set with all their hits included. There is a 7 song Cliff section with Hank and Bruce taking over vocals. Also included is a 45 minute documentary centred around a Hank and Bruce interview which covers the early days and highlights of their career. Coming in at almost 3 hour long this is a fantastic farewell to a unique band.
I would give the DVD 5 star rating too. The program is awesome. Take That is in it's best form, and concert is wonderfully conceived.
I trained myself to perceive buying something I like on a Blu-ray, after I already have it on a DVD, as an upgrade and not double-dipping. As such, I expect it to actually BE an upgrade...
Unfortunately... it was lit for the in-house audience and not for cameras (at least not for cameras used to shoot this concert). Insufficient light leads to grain and grain is abundant here, there is a lot of blocking and it is obvious that there is something gravely wrong with the colors and contrast. It's blooming, posterized and painful to watch. I wasn't expecting much of an improvement over the DVD, judging by the ... Read More:
