Ever wonder, who is Santa Claus, really? Where does he come from, how old is he? How in the world does he squeeze down a chimney, and how does he get in if there isn't a chimney? What's the deal here? Well, happily, the answers to these questions and more are finally answered, as the legend of Santa Claus comes to life as never before in `The Santa Clause,' directed by John Pasquin and starring Tim Allen. Scott Calvin (Allen) is an executive with a toy manufacturing company, he's divorced and has a young son, Charlie (Eric Lloyd), who still believes in Santa, but is at an age at which doubt is beginning to creep into the picture. And the fact that Charlie's mom, Laura (Wendy Crewson) has a boyfriend, Dr. Neal Miller (Judge Reinhold), who is ... Read More:

I watched this at an early age and I still love it now and sing along to the songs as much as I ever did! With a geeky Rick Moranis and a scary Steve Martin, this film doesn't fail to please.
Although it looks like a kids film younger children might be a bit worried by the man-eating plant . . .however my kids love it ( little gore-hunters that they are!) Its bright colours and cheesy songs are the perfect antidote to a boring sunday afternoon!!!

Once again we are treated to another extended episode of the X-Files. It's been around 6 years since we saw the finale disapointing episode.
That's not being harsh, it's just my own opinion of the last episode being largely cobbled together with clips of this fantastic show's entire run.
I was so nervous on my way to the cinema. I wanted so much to see that the show's creator, Chris Carter had got back on the right train and was heading down the right track after the over complicated show's mythology lost it's way during the last few seasons.
I wasn't disapointed. This film is awesome. If you have read the books, Ground Zero, Goblins, Whirlwind & the excellent Antibodies that really captured what was best about the series, then you'll ... Read More:

Good fourth season except maybe one or two episodes. great characters development, good actions. The show become more mature. The relationship between the characters become interesting. I like the relation between John Sheppard and Rodney Mackay. Many plots have been created and deserves to continue in a fifth season and more. The cast give depth to the characters. congrat particularly to Joe Flanigan and David Hewlett. Now the actors possess more their character and bring a lot to them.
I'm waiting for the fifth season.
I'm sad to know MGM, SCI-FI and producers decided to cancel the show when the current rates are good and the quality become better and against the viewers opinions and petition signed a lot.

This is a brilliant series. It has wonderful acting, writing, directing, special effects and music. It blends horror, comedy, emotion, family drama, action, mystery and suspense perfectly. I would recommend this as it is an excellent drama series which has been missed by a lot of people because of the lack of publicity compared with other shows. This is the best programme on TV!

Season 7 focuses more on finding ways to get home rather then exploration and with the recently used transwarp drive and slipstream drive the crew is ever more closer to getting home.
their are a few episodes worth mentioning such as equal rights for holograms, voyagers return home and rather abrupt finish to the series, the borg and their struggle agains't indiviuals vs perfection and mutilation, and the past present and future when voyager strolls nearby an excited electrical anomily.

Fellow Trekkies this is how it all began Kirk and crew set on thier historic five year trek across the stars.
Logical Spock, Chief Engineer Scott (Scotty), and the other famous crew members.
This boxset contains ever episode of Star Trek TOS apart from the original pilot which Captain Pike I found the lay out of the episodes rather confusing but die hard trekkies will enjoy the set anyway.
This is only the first season there are two more this has over 3 hours of special features never seen before interviews and previews.
All true trekkies should own all three seasons.

The Matrix Trilogy must be one of the most significant films of our time, and is likely to go down as an all time sci-fi classic along with the likes of Blade Runner. It is obviously laden with symbology fished from a variety of sources, but I wonder if the Watchowski brothers realised just exactly how powerful a metaphor for our reality they were creating.
The central premise that our lives are not 'real' but are steeped in illusion in order that our life force may be fed upon whilst we are enfenced unwittingly like cattle - this is a relevant and powerful message on many levels. It can easily be seen that this is true on a superficial level, with the rampant rise of ultra-aggressive capitalist consumerism, whereby everyone is 'sold a dream' in order to siphon off all income to profit the ...
