I have the Canon 350D and this CF card allows me to take plenty of JPG+RAW pics. It is also much faster then my older 4GB 100x card. Very happy with the speed, size and quality.

Sandisk cards are superb little pieces of technology. I use them exclusively, I think I have around 10 of various capacities and speeds.
These are the largest I own. They are very, very good value for money. I'm used to using the 2GB Extreme III cards and these are noticeably slower (slower being a relative term) when downloading images from the card onto my computer. However, it would be a bit stupid to mark it down for that as I knew they were going to be slower. In a canon 5D they give me something like 230 shots, a canon 40D yields around 270. A full card takes around 20 mins to transfer all images. Good numbers.
I remember (eeeeh, when I were a lad!), not that long ago really when even a 1GB card like this cost hundreds ... Read More:

Faultless product as is the norm from Sandisk, there seems to be an issue with postage costs though there is a simple solution to this if you are a regular Amazon shopper: sign up to Prime, cost is recouped in in no time at all.

I use this card for my Sony Alpha A350, and I've never encountered speed issues because of it. No regrets.
One warning I would offer is to buyers who see this card (or others like it) on Amazon Marketplace at a price that's too good to be true. Chances are, it is. I originally purchased this from an unknown seller, and found the speed to be lacking.
Although the packaging and the card were rather convincing, I suspected it was a fake, so I checked with Sandisk. Sure enough, it was. I soon returned it and bought the genuine article from Amazon.
If your Extreme IV seems slow, if it doesn't come shrink-wrapped, if it seems at all suspicious - call Sandisk. They can verify its genuineness by checking photos of it.

This is a great little USB stick. I keep the smaller card that came with my phone in it and keep it on my keyring. Not only is it a tiny USB stick but if I ever need to read the card in my phone it doubles as a card reader.

I bought this particular card as 4GB was the sweet spot for CF card prices at the time, and I already owned some 2GB (50x) Kingston Elite Pro CF cards that I was very happy with and that have never given me any problems.
I used the card straight out of the box with my Canon EOS 30D digital SLR and the card had no problems keeping up with the maximum burst rate of the camera, which is 9 continuous photos (RAW+JPEG) at up to 5fps.
Even better, when transferring a mixture of JPEG and RAW images to a PC, the card transferred its full 4GB in under four minutes, which is about 18MB/sec, and is faster than transferring the full 2GB of files from my older CF cards. This is to be expected, since this card has a 133x rating compared to ... Read More:
