ahhh its worth the money i spend on it. its good but...
in the review it was written that it can transmit upto 10 meters but it doesnt even work for half a meter. very bad. any how it can work if you stuck it to the radio.. >>More Details |

I had my head unit fitted at a Halfords a while back and I was lured into spending £7 on an aux in cable for my ipod classic while I was there. I thought what's the harm it's a simple cable and I don't have to wait for a slightly cheaper one to get delivered from online... However.. that cable was a total let down. After just one day if you bent it in any position, the sound would cut out of one channel. This definitely wasn't my ipod playing up..
So I took it back and they tried replacing it. I wasn't interested.. Checked Amazon and liked the look of this one seeing how it was durable and had a few decent reviews. It's turned out exelent! it transmits, my room is 4.5meters and has no problems at the lower frequencys (slightly longer waves) it strugles in the high frequencys though which wasn't a disapointment as i know it works fantastic, sound quality is good enough, and it does what i bought it for very well... infact it works up stairs in the kitchen i live in the bassment going through a couple of inner walls and one cieling so i am inpressed how far it goes, it also goes down an 8m corridor without a problem i would honestly recomend this product, it works and works well. >>More Details |

I was not able to test this with an iPod yet, but it definitely doesn't work with an iPhone.
I should have read the description more carefully, but I just saw the car-charger and assumed if it works for the iPod, it should work with the iPhone as well. If you buy for an iPod, go for it, the other reviews say it works. If you need a car-charger for your iPhone, look elsewhere. >>More Details |

Not a bad product but I found that the map updates are not very good. The A2 in Kent has been re aligned in the Gravesend area several months ago, but despite my using the map share & now buying the latest map, I'm still shown as driving along off the road, and when arriving at points where there used to be roads it attempts to redirect me. I've also had great difficulty getting it to talk via bluetooth, to my Nokia N95. I bought a different window mount as the supplied one is almost useless. Having said all that the device is a lot better than my old Garmin Nuvi. The touch screen interface is very good and its easy to customise.

I was nervous that this would not work because I was aware that when a cassette goes into my stereo it moves downwards behind a small metal plate - I was therefore concerned the cable would be cut or jammed - it wasn't a problem.
It does work best with the iPOD volume on full, rather than the stereo volume high up - there is a bit of hissing in between songs, but I guess that was always the case with tapes!! I would recommend this product for those that want to use their iPOD in the car >>More Details |

Well it works, but.... Every time I go around a corner it rotates around the cigarette lighter socket, it's only point of contact with the car and flings the iphone against the gear stick or the floor. I now have an unsightly piece of string holding it in place. There must be better somewhere!!! ALso a bit of a pain that you have to plug in the power socket at the bottom and the audio jack at the top. Surely they could have done it all with one socket. And it keeps on turning off even though powered and in use.......
