This does exactly the job it says it will. Easy to install on Vista and works straightaway with a Nokia 6300. Connects as soon as I walk in the door updating contacts and calendar dates. Excellent.

This device is unreliable with (either of 2) Palm Tungsten T running Soaringpilot. either drops bluetooth connection, or looses satellite view after a few minutes. works ok with a standard laptop though. I subsequently bought a (used) holux 236, which works perfectly. >>More Details |

Pros
* Long Battery life * Has a Bluetooth connection, Audio book, MP3 and you can purchase add ons like the traffic management aerial/European maps and the maps and firmware are upgradeable. * It has a detour button so if you suddenly find the road blocked it will navigate a different route Cons * The biggest problem for me is that it doesn't have a "direction arrow window" of the up coming turn, so you have to follow the white arrow (wherever it is on the map), my old Route 66 was so reliable it could guide me by the voice instructions alone, just glance down if I missed an instruction and check the handy direction arrow for next turn arrow in the left hand corner of the screen - not with Nuvi - I find ... Had Tomtom software installed on my Nokia N95 8GB Mobile Phone needed a GPS Receiver N95 has a Internal GPS but it is totally RUBBISH saw this one was nice and small just what I needed.
Well it is easy as 1,2,3 My N95 found it straight VIA Bluetooth but what really Supraised me was that it cached a SIGNAL INSIDE MY HOUSE YES INSIDE!!! so I turned everything off to try again this time I got my Tomtom 920 out and it could not find a signal inside BUT did manage to find it after 3 minutes just showing 1 BAR then I opened the Tomtom on my Nokia N95 & BOY I was SHOCKED got a signal in 20 seconds and showing 3 BARS This Must be something to do with the CHIPSET thats inside this "GPS 2000 FREEDOM" uses a Chipset called MTK while the one ... I'm very pleased with this receiver. It's small and extremely light and the signal strength is good. I have found that it works indoors and in the glove compartment of my car.

This is the slimmest usb device I've ever seen, really.
Tip: do not install the driver that came with the product. If all you need to do is send and receive files, let windows find a driver. If you need the serial port service, go online and download the latest bluesoleil driver. Gave me the service I needed the most - integrating with Winamps player and Controlfreak - afterabout 45 mins of fiddling. ... but I still prefer the driver that comes with the belkin device, won't work with this one though >>More Details |

This headset was one of the first i tried for my PS3 but it had some noise in the background and tended to echo a bit, out of all the headsets i tried the Madcatz PS3 Bluetooth Headset (Playstation 3) Version 2.0 is probably the best of the lot as it has crystal clear sound with no echo.
