After carrying out a lot of research and looking into all sorts of TV's, I decided to go ahead and buy this Samsung TV. And I have not been left disappointed. It is a great little machine, with fantastic image quality, and it is so easy to set up.
After reading a few other reviews I have felt that some of them may be a little misleading, so I wanted put my own opinion forward.
Remote Control:
This remote may be a little hard to get used to but all the buttons that are in frequent use are all located and designed in a way that allows them to be found easily.
Freeview Menu:
Someone has mentioned that the Freeview menu is badly designed, but to be honest, I think it is great. When you press the 'guide' ... Read More:

It was reading the reviews on here that prompted me to buy this tv, it has to be said that i am often guilty of expecting too much out of a product before I get it and then to be dissappointed once it arrives....... NOT THIS TIME !!!!!!! Having seen only a few hd tv's before I was preparing myself for a fall, none of them seemed to excel in SD, even on a sky+ box, infact, I'd pre-warned my family to expect a slight decrease in quality vs our old crt sony set, wow, couldn't have been more wrong, infact, its hard to see how the picture could be any better !!! thats before I play a blu ray disc, the only setting I changed was the sound, which, in itself, is brilliant !! the tv is very easy to set up and the remote is easy to use.
I think people should ... Read More:

I fully agree with all the other KDL 20S3020 reviews on the picture and sound quality but I do have one niggle, i.e. no one touch sub-titles button. Most people will not need this feature but I do for the following reasons:
My wife has normal hearing and puts up with the sub-titles for my benefit; however it would be nice to turn these off if I'm not watching.
Even when I am watching there are times when the sub-titles are out of sync with the commentary as in news broadcast and sport commentaries etc.
To access sub-titles or cancel them requires TEN button presses, try it.
If anyone know of a shortcut please let me know.
Other than this at my age, 81, an easier to follow manual would be nice.
That said; don't go ... Read More:

I wanted a 32" TV to suite my smaller lounge size. I checked Which? and this certainly influenced my decision. The Tv arrived as promised and within 15 mins was up and working! The picture is excellent and proves the value of full HD. the colours are rich and vibrant, and the sound is also very good. I can't wait to view a full HD tv picture from Sky. I like the ability to view my photos by directly plugging in the SD card in at the side. Built in Freeview means less need for ugly cables, but I guess most tv's these days have this. The provided stand seems very stable, and allows you to turn the unit for the perfect viewing angle. Delighted with my purchase.

I endorse everything thats been written so far concerning this TV. Purchased for bedroom use. It arrived this morning, well packed, no damage and on time by City Link - No probs. Unpacked and working within minutes. Removed the annoying stickers around the screen and stored the 'spare' leads away safely (If I needed these, I would have purchased them and the cost of the TV could have been reduced accordingly). Yes, the sound could be improved from the rather 'tinny' noise it tends to emit even with the treble set to 0% and bass set to 100% - it even sounds the same with the settings reversed, but then SO WHAT!!!.
Overall, I think this TV is extremely good value for the price and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Bedroom/Kitchen tv.With a multitude of connections ... Read More:

Like many others I did my research, read the reviews, agonised over my decision, but, ultimately took the plunge and placed my order. To say that I am delighted would be an understatement - this product just has to be the 'Bargain of the Century' thanks to a combination of Panasonic build quality and the fantastic price/service achieved by Amazon.
The Plasma/LCD arguement will run forever, but, simply put, it is nothing more than a matter of economics. Forget all the rubbish about 1080P, HD, etc etc (how many HD broadcasts are there - and how many will there be by 2011- answer, almost none - well, okay, perhaps five or six). It is of course true that LCD panels are much easier to produce economically, however, it is a fact that Plasma panels are so much better ... Read More:
