I bought this product only a couple of months ago. Yes I realise that I am about 3 years behind the times, but it seemed to have all the features, looked stylish and impressive. So I shed out the cash, I received it and was pleasantly surprised. Nice colourful screen, camera that's fun and not bad for a portable device, Bluetooth and nice tablet style screen movement.
Only thing I couldn't get to work no matter how hard I tried was the Wi-Fi. I have read a lot about it on forums and so forth and have not really found a definitive answer, but the problem is quite a regular occurrence (something to do with the hardware), but this is not a problem for me, but should be looked into by people needing Wi-Fi.
Having read all the other review I bought the Clie T625c and loved it for the first 6 months despite the dreadful cover (no decent alternative case on the market - this product never deserved 5 stars as the terrible case cannot protect it, the buttons also switch itself on in your pocket with the minimal of pressure).
A HUGE drawback is the glorious power hungry screen - make no mistake you will need to charge this often ( I need to daily) -so going off on a weeks trip is risky - you have to buy a travel charger.
I am fed up with looking at a black screen when hours away form my PC. My Clie will not last the train journey from London to Eastbourne - reading novels or editing long documents on the train are out of the question. To conserve ... Read More:

Sony need to pay some attention to their customer support - the only UK contact option for Clie units is a 0909 premium rate number, giving you the cheering prospect of paying £1.50 a minute while on hold for half an hour before being put through to some incoherent idiot who can barely speak or understand Basic English. Well done Sony, I won't be such a mug as to buy any more of your crap!

I could not believe the value for money that this package offers. I recently bought a Sony Clie which is absolutely fabulous and I left my all my wires for transfering data and recharging my Sony Clie. I did not know what to do, I thought that I was going to have to pay a huge amount for the things I had lost, the wires for charging the machine and transfering data etc. Then I saw amazon's price for this package witch had everything I needed and immediately bought it. Everything worked perfectly, I had no problems with it and I recommend this to anyone with a Sony Clie needing to buy some accessories cheaply.

As has been noted elsewhere this is a very well engineered piece of kit. Lovely feel as you use it, everything works with a satisfying clunk or click, and, most importantly, it attracts admiring comments. A couple of quibbles on the hardware; the camera is average (you can do better than this Sony!) and the nice polished exterior is starting to scuff a bit after 4 months of use. I have not had a problem with battery life as some have but I would guess I'm only average user.
I have a couple of reservations about some of the software. Sonic Stage, which is the PC based agent for downloading ATRAC music to the Clie, won't work with Memory stick Pro media even though said media are Magic Gate ready. Not too clear to me why this is the case, but it was confirmed ... Read More:
