I'm totally happy with this product, but it was a bit of a hassle installing it. The CD supplied contains the Mac driver, but the installation guide provided is for PCs only. I ended up getting the Apple Mac installation guide from the edimax website, and then had the adaptor up and running in 5 minutes. Once installed, it does exactly what it should do.

I have sky broadband and wanted to connect my desktop PC upstairs to the wireless network. I saw the 5 star reviews for this product and the cheap price and went ahead and bought one.
It took me 10 minutes to install the card in the machine and install the software on XP. Wireless signal reception is 100% for my sky broadband connection and it also picked up 3 signals from surrounding houses...! Superb product at a very reasonable price. >>More Details |

Changed by Broadband to BT and was given a new HomeHub 2.0. Could not get a stable Wi-Fi connection, so spoke to BT who said that the Homehub 2.0 does not support my old Belkin Wi-Fi card. So I went for this card and was connected to the internet in less than 10 Mins, with a 130 Mbps speed and a rock solid connection. Great card and easy to set-up. >>More Details |

Bought one - worked well for 2 days, then broke (circuit board). Amazon's excellent return policy meant that I had a replacement within a week. New one has worked like a dream for 3 months so far...! This is excellent value for those that do not wish to follow the wireless route.

I bought this particular model so that I could not just print wirelessly but also monitor the toner levels on my Samsung CLP-315 colour laser printer. I installed the software on my PC with Windows XP and laptop running Windows 2000. The printer wasn't listed as a compatible but I took a chance and it paid off.
I used the software CD provided and it all went quite smoothly after a restart of the router so that it assigned the IP addresses properly. Overall I am very happy with this print server, and hopefully will save some money now my PC doesn't need to be on all the time. I have put the print server and printer on a plug-in timer so hope to cut down the standby power usage even further. >>More Details |

I had read all the reviews for similar items & people kept saying they installed the software before using the dongle. I thought I would be good & loaded the CD software on my desktop computer but no bluetooth connection. Anxious to find out whether the dongle itself was faulty I stuck it in my laptop without thinking about the software and bingo - we had a bluetooth connection using the software already on the laptop. I went back to my desktop, uninstalled the new software and everything then installed easily. The moral here is "ignore the included software and the dongle works like magic". I would recommend the dongle as it works very well, but suggest if your computer does not already have suitable software installed you choose a different one.

Bought this antenna to use with an Edimax access point. The access point struggled to work on the standard antenna with an iPhone more than about 8-10m away from it. This antenna provides a 100% signal to the iPhone anywhere in the house, including upstairs which is through several walls and a good 20m away. Bargain!
