I have been using Epson printers for many years and since finding Amazon Epson Multipack it has saved quite a lot of money, I find this ink First Class. I have now bought the latest Kodak all in one printer which was quite expensive (£299) so I hope Amazon can help me save with this ink.

I've just taken delivery of this printer which replaces a very disappointing Lexmark All In One that burnt up expensive ink cartridges. Setting up the Epson SX200 was straightforward. I did not have any problems loading paper into the machine. My first print job was a 50 page full colour brochure with text and photos. This printed in under 15 minutes to a very acceptable level of quality. I do not consider this machine to be 'noisy' compared to similarly priced alternatives...it will probably suit the needs of most people with moderate printing requirements in a home/office environment.

I purchased the multipack of inks and found the last one to be replaced was rejected by the printer with a message saying the cartridge was incompatible. When I contacted Epson customer services I was told they only have a 90 day warranty. I suggest buying them individually as if it takes more than 90 days to use them all you could be left with a useless cartridge and no means of replacement through Epson.

Well i think people are starting to realise that branded ink cartridges are too expensive, and offer the same quality as unbranded.
i myself have spent so much money on branded ink cartridges and now have found it to be much cheaper to buy unbranded ink cartridges.
i buy from advantage-online.co.uk and i find their customer service to be fantastic and their price to be very competitive.
im one of these guys who always complains about the level of customer service in the uk, people dont seem to care about their company and can't wait to have a fag break or goto the pub. So i am happy that i have found advantage-online.co.uk as their customer service is the best in my experience. mmm i feel good actually saying something ... Read More:

In Sep'07 I bought a multi pack thro' Amazon which was supplied by seller ext360. These were supplied in a jiffy bag with no outer packaging. Subequently two cartridges would not be accepted by my printer and appeared to be slightly different in appearance from the empty cartridges. As I was outside the 90 day warranty period neither Amazon or Epson were interested in my problem.
My advice to anyone not receiving the correct TO487 packaging is to reject the order & inform Amazon immediately.

We needed a decent photo printer, and had a restricted budget.
For the money, this printer is astounding - we printed over 70 5x7, 50 6x8 and 20 10x8, and used about £20 in ink. I have no issues with the print quality - it stands comparison with traditional wet processed prints in my view. Also bear in mind that epson Claria inks are far more colourfast that dye based inks. No issues with installation, very straightforward - just follow the instructions. We were up and printing inside 10 mins.
Yes the build is flimsy in places, and is not fantastically quiet, but it delivers where it matters most - print quality.

I bought this printer as a Epsom replacement, However I did have problems setting it up as the references were not clear. However, my son managed to complete the task and it all works, so I am very pleased. It is much better than a man as it can multitask, but it is evident that a man wrote the instructions. Perhaps Epsom could employ someone with no IT skills to write their manuals and test them. On the important note, the printer/fax/scanner is fast and efficient and would strongly recommend this product.
