its a screen protector. It protects the screen fine and unlike a previous comment, was a perfect fit and was branded and packaged properly.

As some other reviewers have pointed out, it's really not suitable. I've had other iPhone screen protectors and there's much better out there.
1) It doesn't fit the screen neatly. There's a margin of a couple of millimetres all the way around.
2) The cut-outs for the microphone and button go all the way to the edge, meaning there's a portion of the screen next to each unnecessarily exposed. Other products don't do this.

If you have bought or been given a new iPod you will probably want to keep it in pristine condition, and it is so irritating that you don't get a case with it from Apple. This case will let your iPod Touch sit snugly inside without moving around and you still have access to the headphone and charger jacks when it's in there. I like the magnetic clasp, and it holds the iPod in nicely without being too bulky. Would have given it 5 stars, had the case had perhaps a touch softer inside, a bit more suedey, but ultimately it does the job you want it to.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Amazon are seriously damaging their reputation by offering this inferior and hence over priced item on their website!! It is totally rubbish, but unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before buying it. All the things said in other reviews are correct; no "removable credit card module", couldn't work out how it could be "vehicle mountable" and to cap it all, (as said in other reviews) the spine to secure it is absolute crap. It doesn't secure the TX properly as it flops about and once on the spine you can't remove it. I didn't want to invalidate the guarantee on my new TX so with Amazon's CS Dept approval I cut the flexible strap off and retured the case for a full refund, which I have now got. To get the remains of the spine/strap ... Read More:
