Sandisk cards are superb little pieces of technology. I use them exclusively, I think I have around 10 of various capacities and speeds.
These are the largest I own. They are very, very good value for money. I'm used to using the 2GB Extreme III cards and these are noticeably slower (slower being a relative term) when downloading images from the card onto my computer. However, it would be a bit stupid to mark it down for that as I knew they were going to be slower. In a canon 5D they give me something like 230 shots, a canon 40D yields around 270. A full card takes around 20 mins to transfer all images. Good numbers.
I remember (eeeeh, when I were a lad!), not that long ago really when even a 1GB card like this cost hundreds of pounds. ... Read More:

Well my first thoughts when opening the package from Amazon were "Wow! It's tiny". Thankfully you get an attachment to stick it onto a key-ring else it would be very easy to lose :)
First tried the reader with a 4GB MicroSDHC card (also made by Sandisk), which fit into the reader very well. There was a nice "click" to it as the card slot into place.
The M2 cards don't fit quite as well. Due to the size of the card they slightly over-hang the end of the reader (as shown in the photo's at the top of the product page).
Both reading and writing to cards using the reader were very quick.
Overall I'm very impressed with the reader, and you can't really miss out when it's also so cheap.

This is my third card in three months. The last two packed up after two weeks and two months respectively. (Failed during reading, but on different readers, and different computers). Now efficiently replaced by Amazon with the latest 30gb/s version, only problem this is card only, no recovery software or card reader that was supplied with the original two, so I will have to buy a sdhc reader.

I've owned this Sandisk MicroSD 2GB with 3-in-one adaptor for a few months now, and it makes such a difference to my phone! I've only tried one of the adaptors (the larger one that slots into the SD card slot of my laptop) and it works perfectly every time i.e. plug-and-play so it loads up as an extra 'drive' in 'My computer'.
I've not had any problems with the card and did not need to format it before I used it.
p/s: I did pay more for the postage than the actual item itself, but the item is worth it and deserves 5 star!

Faultless product as is the norm from Sandisk, there seems to be an issue with postage costs though there is a simple solution to this if you are a regular Amazon shopper: sign up to Prime, cost is recouped in in no time at all.
