Memory Stick Duo adaptor for Memory Stick and Memory Stick Profrom: Sony Recording, Media and Energy February 20, 2007 |

My experience is that Memory Stick Pro is difficult to obtain. So bought Pro Duo + Adaptor, to use in my W15 Camera and the built in Memory Stick reader in my Vaio PC. The adaptor does not fit into the Memory Stick slot on either of these devices. It goes in, but it's that tight it's similar to trying to put your size 9 foot into a size 8 shoe. And if you do manage to get it in, the press once to release and remove, fails. I had to get mine out of the side of my PC with pliers! The adaptor is now useless. Do not buy the adaptor to use in equipment designed before Pro Duo was developed. To Sony I would say this has to be incompetent development, why?

Bought this memory stick for my Sony Ericsson K800i and it has totally transformed it. It has given it more than enough room for all the pictures, video and music i'll ever need on a phone. It also came with an adapter so it can be used in other platforms. Didn't worry about the postage costs, have you seen the cost of these on the high street ? Highly recommended.

So, so, happy. I got this product thinking the speed was going to be a tad on the small side but I was completely wrong. Transfered 1.2 gig in about 4 minutes. I don't understand why everybody has said its so slow, the only reason I can think of is that you all run rubbish PC's???? My MAC loves this product and so do I!!!!

Having been through several sets of Sony headphones over the past year or so (MDR-EX71SLB Fontopia, MDR-E818LP & MDR-W08L) I've got to say these are the best I've found so far.
Pros; Snug and comfortable fit Excellent sound response - both at low and high frequencies Don't distort at high levels Look stylish and cool Cheap to buy and good build quality Cons; None I can think of so far! The other models I listed above were either uncomfortable, dislodged themselves and fell out after prolonged use and didn't offer decent sound quality. Highly recommended!! >>More Details |

Great for about a year, but then stops working most of the time. Comes up as unformatted or not at all. I think it's wear and tear on the connections. Today it took me more than 20 goes to get an XP machine to recognise it.

As I was buying a complete new camera, Sony Cyber-shot WSC50, I followed the recomendations for accessories and Memory Stick. The Memory Stick should have been 512MB Memory Stick DUO or DUO Pro and not the 512MB Memory Stick Pro
