Purchased this type of model, plugged it all in, found the music on the radio very easy......
but after i found a good enough frequency, it still wasnt brilliant. I used it a few times, but got fed up with it after having to reset the frequency every time i turned the ignition on! ....
Still cheap enough to give it go and not too let down by it.

I use it in my car as I have ipod but in my car I have only cassette player. Rather than upgrading my car music system and spending lot of money I ordered a simple solution to this problem "Cassette adaptor". This comes very handy. Now I can drive and listen to my fav music without any hassel.
I strongly recommend this if you have ipod and cassette player in your car. Don't spend money in upgrading your car music system and buying cds seperately. Invest money in something better :)

Parrot MINIKIT CHIC Ultralight Limited Edition Bluetooth Car Kit and Speakerphone.
Recieved my MiniKit Chic today. Its exactly like the Slim, only it has a floral design on the front. Unpacked it and found in the box a brief user guide, a USB cable and an in-car charger. After charging it like the manual says I turned it on and it immediately detected both out Nokia E51 and Sony-Erikson K800. The phones prompt you to accept the connection and, after entering the code (its in the manual,)its paired and downloads all of the contacts (it can take up to 5 handsets). Navigation is very, very simple by just turning/pressing the round/2 side buttons. There is no visual indication of menu selection but the device says them out aloud. Had ... Read More:

bought this from halfords who also fitted it for me. this replaced my factory fitted stereo in my zafira.
i am so glad i bought this. totally blown away by the sound when i played the cd.
i was thinking of changing the speakers as i thought at least one of them was blown. but how wrong was i. the sound from the same speakers is almost 100% better now.
the blue light is so cool when u turn the unit on. u can attach a USB and an i ipod which u can control through the stereo. althogh this has to be either the nano (i tried my niece's nano and it worked) or the latest generation ipod. i have the mini. it sounds great when connected via the aux input but i cant control it with the kenwood. it also playes my MP3 CD's and they sound ... Thought i would take a gamble with this after replacing my iphone with the new 3g version and finding none of my car chargers work! Something to do with Apple doing away with Firewire Charging on the latest 3G phone, and 99% of third party chargers have voltage for firewire/usb voltage, which is not compatible with the new phone.
So i can confirm it works with the 3G iPhone, just ensure you use a genuine Apple Ipod USB cable between the charger and your phone.

I don't usually write reviews but this product and supplier warrants it. I had done some homework on prices and functionality and this product fitted the bill exactly ... but would the supplier? The answer was a resounding yes on both counts! The product turned up very promptly, was easy to charge up, and very easy to tune in. Personally I found a "quiet band" on my car radio, then tuned the MP3 transmitter manually to that "station" .. bingo .. in business. Street cred with offspring now who blast their MP3's through the radio on the school run.
