The Parrot is a good unit when it works, but unfortunately does not seem to function correctly all of the time. When it works, the sound is clear, and the person at the other end can hear you clearly enough.
The main issues I have had with the unit is that it cannot seem to remember the voice tags I've recorded to it, and it gets confused - not even with names that sound alike. It also intermittently has problems with the phone pairing - so will not actually output the sound on the handsfree unit.
The problems don't happen alot, but it is unpredictable as to when it will happen, which can get quite frustrating. If I was going to buy another unit, I would probably choose something a that cost a little more, as this ... Read More:

One very important thing is that when you buy GO 720 and do all the online upgrades to latest software and latest maps (via Map Guarantee) you have pretty much most of the functions of the GO 740 which is about twice as expensive. What you will not have is HD traffic but you can still have regular traffic service which is a lot cheaper. I actually do not like HD traffic because how it works. TomTom tracks every user in real time and uses that information to detect traffic congestions. I am not very keen to be tracked that way even if TT says that it's anonymous.
Basically this unit has the same internals as GO 740 plus FM transmitter but lacks space for SIM card. Nevertheless GO 720 can connect to TomTom services via external mobile ... Read More:

After much research on the web, including reading Amazon reviews, I opted for this unit against other contenders from Tom Tom and Navman. I have so far been extremely happy with it. I haven't experienced any slow start-ups as some have reported. Bluetooth works perfectly with a range of phones (probably because it's Parrot based). There is good support from Garmin and updating via the web is a breeze. You can also find things like free POI files on the web. The range of features is impressive, although the map isn't current with a local section of the A428 that has been turned into a dual-carriageway in the last year or two. It's useful to know that the unit comes with a protetcive case, the power-cable/traffic aerial, a windscreen swivel suction mount ... Read More:

As a middle-aged female, more used to vinyl than electronic music, I found this product relatively easy to use. It does exactly what it said on the package in the exact way it said on the package. My MP3 player volume was low and the product needed adjusting in the car socket, both of which caused me a good ten minutes to discover.
For the price this product is amazing and extremely good value.

As soon as i recieved these headphones i noticed they were huge, although that has so far been the only problem. They have superb sound quality and a very comfortable fit and i would definatly recommend them. Only downside is i feel like they stick way to far out from ear.

I bought one of these about two months ago, and I don't know how I ever managed without it. It was really easy to set up, and it has a long battery life. The sound quality is really good in comparison to ear pieces. I've found that it is also really useful in the house - ironing and talking to someone on the phone is now a breeze!

Needing a mains charger for my Garmin Nuvi 255WT, I originally bought one of the cheap alternatives. Big mistake!! It was a total waste of money because it didn't work!
This genuine Garmin charger, although more expensive is well worth it because it does actually work!
This mount is superior to the original because it does actually adhere to the windscreen or to the alternative dashboard mounting disc. However because it is mounted on a flexible arm it vibrates annoyingly (making it hard to read) on all but the smoothest roads. Besides, I think it is totally wrong that TomTom continue to sell a product that has an inadequate mount and then expect you to pay £15.25 (which is cheapest from Amazon by the way, normally £19.99)for an alternative. My solution will be to look round at other makes of sat-nav when I replace;this is agreat pity because the product itself is a good one.
