I have previously owned a single panel solar charger and it was garbage, the only think it would charge were my Bluetooth headphones.
This item however has charged my Nokia N95, Creative Zen Extra MP3 player, and two types of bluetooth headphone, all on one charge!
If there's no sun you can plug it in to charge it up before you go out, and it will keep the power in reserve for you.
My only quibble is I wish there was a definitive list of what it will and won't charge, as for instance it doesn't seem to want to power my Panasonic FZ28 camera, and I don't know if they make an adaptor for my TZ5 either, but that's my fault for not checking before I bought it.
Although it had reasonable sound to begin with, the left earphone gradually cut out as the wire had somehow broken on the adapter part of the headphones. Incredibly flimsy and eventually all sound cut off.
Needs better build.
DO NOT BUY.

I got the case last week
it does make the phone abit chunky & the screen isnt protected
BUT it saved my phone the other day
I had my phone with the case on in my handbag & a pen burst and it would have ruined my phone
if I hadnt had this case on
useful to have but not very stylish

If you are still using the rather poor headset that comes with the iPhone then do yourself a favour and buy a pair of these instead, your ears will thank you for it.
The noise-isolation of these headphones is fantastic, allowing you to listen to your music at much lower volumes than you would need to do normally to drown out exterior noise. The sound quality is very good, although there is a slight crackle in songs with very heavy bass (I have only noticed it on one song so far) and the in-line microphone has the same "answer call/pause music/skip track" functionality of the Apple iPhone headset. The in-line mic is a little large (probably around 4-5 times that of the Apple headset) and its weight can be a minor bother, but it really ... Read More:

I've used over ear headphones successfully in the past but with previous designs the speaker sat over the ear supported in place by the over-ear bit. This previous design worked well. The approach used here with a standard in ear phone plus an overear for stability just doesn't work. Its a bit better than a standard earbud but they still fall out with vigorous exercise.
Also the build quality isn't great. The cable is ever so slightly too heavy and movement and pressure on the earphone plastic creates extra noise. Probably fine for everyday use but for exercise Sennheiser PMX70 is much better.

I have used these radios for about 14 days and although they are useful I must add they use up batteries very fast indeed.I have put Duracell in (not cheap) and they are flat after 2 days.I switch both off when not in use,but 2 days seems to be the best I can get out of them..R J Naish
