What I would say in brief about the iPhone is this: believe the hype. It works seemlessly, it's achingly gorgeous to look at and performs excellently. The GPS is actually very useful and has saved me a few times from getting lost.
But it isn't perfect by any means.
The battery life is not great. It's obviously full of clever (and energy-sapping) features like 3G and GPS, but with even relatively limited use you'll be charging this on average every one and a half days. You can turn down the brightness and do other things to conserve power, but they only have a limited effect. well, after reading other reviews, i decided to buy a set of rs 140's. i received the headphones this morning. they are nice to wear. easy to set up and charge. the only downside is the lack of bass and high treble, i also own a set of bose in ear head phones, so going from the deep bass on them to the high treble of these did my head in. mine are connected to my lap top, so after changing my default player to real player, and turning the treble and mid tones right down, and the bass right up, they sound a lot better now.
i haven't heard any interferance and the hiss which you get with all wireless headphones is only slighly noticeable when the song has finished.
