Ordered this cable at the same time I ordered PVR from another supplier on 18th June. PVR arrived on 20th.
The cable finally arrived this morning, 25th.
Happily the PVR came with its own cable-however,the downside to this was that the cable was cheap and caused a lot of "ghosting".
The Strand cable has cured most of the "ghosting", and, as such, is very good value for the unit cost and P&P- if you can afford to wait for delivery, that is.

Having read the reviews I bought these thinking Sony should be fine. I found these have been brilliant. Clear sound, of course they click a little if you are miles away but overall best value for the money.

I think the sound quality is pretty decent for only 2 pounds, I'm sure there's better though.
I too thought I'd take the cogs out as they create a bit of a noise, but once I had unscrewed all screws and went to open it, everything went flying. There are two pins, each with a spring which hold the little metal gadget inplace which gives out your music, and these sprung out. It took me 20 minutes to put them back in, honestly the most annoying and stressing thing I've done in a while. So, yes take the cogs out, but when you take the case apart, do it very very slowly, unlike me, or you will regret it!

An awsome unit. I received mine yesterday and am so happy with it. The sound is superb, with fairly good bass and good clarity. Other reviews state that the tuner cant tune properly. These people have not set the unit up right. It just needs to be set to Euro tuning instead of USA, and then everything is fine. The white casing looks better than the black as it shines the blue illumination around it better. I'm very happy.

good product, excellent service from decrescent (£2.79 incl postage). unfortunately doesn't work with g4 ipods. not clear in write up, you have to go into technical details. kept it because we have g2 & g3 ipods in the house.

I bought this because £30 for 4gb seemed like a good deal. I wanted a basic, temporary mp3 player to keep me going till I've got the cash for a better one.
The player is as described by others: quite attractive, small and light, and easy to use. It does NOT have a radio, even if the description above mentions one.
But I am tremendously disappointed. The output volume of this player is ridiculously low, at 3mw per channel (compare that to the iPod's 30mw!). It is impossible to hear music anywhere near traffic, on the train etc, and even on a quiet street it's quite irritating to constantly want the music just a bit louder. (Note that I don't have the volume limiter setting turned on - I am listening at absolutely the ... Read More:

Christmas is coming so save your cash! Why purchase something you can get for a fiver.
Go to satnavs.consolegifts.net and sign up. Complete ONE offer- I would recommend Gala Bingo (you know, the one Sharon Osborne advertises for on tv),as this is cheap and fun (and you might win some money in the process!). If you really don't want to spend, there is a free Lovefilm trial.
All companies are well known so there is no risk involved- give it a go! I got my Ipod, satnav and wii this way, so don't miss out.
I was sceptic once but now I am SO glad I gave it a chance. BBC approved this system on their Newsnight programme a while back.
The ipod nano in its latest incarnation returns to dimensions closer to those of the 1st and 2nd generation models, without losing the video playback function and the 320 x 240 screen of the 3rd gen model. The new nano is slimmer and lighter than previous models (thanks to a sneaky curved design). The case is single-coloured brushed aluminium, rather than silver-backed like the previous generation model - so no more finger-print marks smearing the back of your nano the moment you get it out of the box.
For a slightly higher price than the previous generation top-end nano, the new nano has double the storage capacity, so I can losslessly migrate my existing music collection and allow for growth. Amongst the newly added features, I could be more convinced ... Read More:
