These headphones sound great and are fine for sport but, and it's a big BUT, if you want to wear them lying down, sitting in a high backed chair (on a bus, train, plane, sofa etc) forget it! The band around the back of your head is pushed forward and dislodges the earpieces from their proper position. This is uncomfortable and destroys the sound. If this is not bad enough the insulation covering the wires started to come off after a couple of weeks of normal use. After one year nearly half the insulation has gone and the wire tangles and looks a total mess. These headphones have been on the market a long time yet nothing seems to have been done about this problem. I will never buy Sennheiser again.

I was alerted to these headphones after the Which? website reccomended them. I was looking for a pair of affordable headphones which still managed excellent sound quality and comfort and I was not dissappointed by the Sennheiser PX100. I use them whilst walking, commuting and running (for busses).
The pads on the inside of the headband make these headphones extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this style over the in-ear buds for comfort too. They are also convenient and portable as they fold to fit a carry case (the case itself is actually not entirely necessary). On top of this, the sound quality is surprisingly good for its depth and bass - the volume isn't dissappointing either. I listen to every genre from classical ... Read More:

From other reviews this product looked great and would give me DAB radio in the car. The reality was sadly disappointing. Since receiving the radio in July two of them have failed. When they have worked they've generally been fiddly to use and seem to lose the DAB station easily. On a long journey i've found it necessary to change the FM frquency as local station overpower the DAB.
All in all a real shame as I like Pure DAB radios and have been pleased with the domestic models we have purchased.

Superb delivery service - ordered Wednesday night, delivered 9.30am on Friday with standard delivery. Text received to say when it had been despatched.
Only tools needed are 1/2" masonary drill, 13mm spanner and a phillips screwdriver. All fittings, including wall bolts included.
In built spirit level on the wall bracket saves needing 2 pairs of hands when trying to get the wall mounitng level.
I would recommend buying the smallest version possible for the size of TV you have. I ordered this model (32-55") for a 32" tv and it fits fine but the brackets are visible - they could be 3-4" shorter for this size of TV with out affecting safety.

I've had three Panasonic DVD recorders in the past few years i.e. one DMR-RES10 and two DMR-ES20 and they each became unuseable just after the manufacturer's guarantee had expired.
No extended warranties had been purchased and the tuner expired on the first and the others became unable to read my disks.
I'd chosen Panasonics because they are one of the very few on the market that are able to record and play DVD-RAM disks.....my favourite for editing because they don't need to be "finalized" as with DVD-RW.

I am really, really pleased with this purchase:
- completely intuitive to use
- four buttons - forwards, backwards, black (and unblack) the screen with...
- laser pointer as fourth button
- fits snugly in the hand
- no software; just plug in the USB receiver and start so...
- works on any machine
- no need even to reboot the computer
- USB receiver stored inside so you can't accidentally switch it on
- cheaper than many competitors
The only down side is that it makes me feel an idiot that I didn't buy one sooner!
I know nothing of Sky + or whatever, so can't compare its recording function for ease-of-use. I've found it all easy to use so far. It's very quick and simple to set it to record to HDD a program by just choosing it from the daily listings on the Freeview menu.
However, as I think someone has pointed out on a forum here, I'm very surprised there's no way to record (to any format, VHS, HDD or DVD) one channel and watch a different channel at the same time. Yes, while recording TV you can watch an already-recorded medium (on VHS, HDD or DVD), but nothing live. This is especially odd as this machine boasts two TV tuners, one digital, one analogue. So what's the point if you can't use both simultaneously? ... Read More:

My son has one of these to operate his D80. The other day he left it in his jeans and it did 40 minutes at 40°. Luckily my wife spotted it before it went onto the spin cycle.
Anyway, I am pleased to report that after drying out it works as well as it ever did.
