I waited eagerly for the Room Groove to arrive. Set it up, placed my 3rd Gen. Nano into Dock and had great sound. But then realised I could not see the I-pod charging, I also realised I could not forward to the next track or go back a track. Despite several attempts, reviewing the manufacturers web site, looking to see if their were any web forums, I could not find any way round it. I re-read the instructions and kept looking to see if I had done anything wrong. Now the bad bit ... Just before taking the I-pod off the docking station I noticed that the screen had gone black, and the music had stopped. I tried several times to re-seat the pod but no improvement/change. Bought this to go from my Sony HXD890, also from amazon, to my Bravia TV. Does the job perfectly, well made and DVD upscaling looks great. No need to spend any more, for £5 great value. Make sure you measure as it is short, fitted perfectly for me with no unwanted cable but not much slack and my TV sits on cabinet with DVD underneath.

It's a nice looking product, but at first I thought it didn't work at all with the ipod touch 2nd gen. When you put the ipod touch into the docking station the sound just comes out of the internal speakers, the speaker system of the Gear 4 don't kick in. I realise now that to deactivate the internal speakers of the ipod touch you need to have something in the headphone jack, but because the headphone jack is on the same side as the docking/connection port of the ipod touch you can't have it in the Gear 4 system at the same time! So to use the speakers you have to take the ipod touch off of the Gear 4 speakers and attach a double ended lead between the ipod touch & Gear 4 speakers & then it works fine, although doesn't look as good! Lots of people have said how great this machine is, and I wont rehearse what they have said. But I must just enthuse about how pleased I have been so far. Opened it an hour ago, and have already tested it out and it really is so easy to just listen to BBC shows on demand (lots of them, and from different days of the week), connect to PC and also listen to radio in countries all over the world. It will completely transform my radio listening...
Just one comment: this is a 'bedside' radio. The speaker is not huge, the output is not loud, and the quality is not as clear as a digital radio. I bought this TV because of the price, reviews and Samsung reputation. Really happy with it, as mentioed, it's very light, and incredibly simple to set up- with a samsung blu-ray player it's a doddle with no long winded button pressing sequence to watch a film.
And there's the 4 rather than 5 stars- picture and audio with blu-ray or dvd is fantastic, but the audio from a TV signal is poor- there's no warmth or depth to it, and it is still sat next to the sony 28" crt it's replacing and the difference is a real shame. I've been through all the menus and set up "custom" sound but it's still nowhere near good with TV. Happy to hear any suggestions, but so far a 4/5. >>More Details |

The rubber case sold by FoneM8store is a very low quality and is a very poor fit for the iphone 3G. The screen protector that is bundled is also very poor and scratches all too easily.

After a very poor experience with the similar Kodak Zi6 product (not purchased from Amazon) the store suggested I give the Flip Mino a go. I'd seen a lot about Flip in the press so I was intrigued if it would live up to all the hype. What can I say, wow, it does more than live up to the hype - its fantastic! Its just so simple to use and the picture and sound quality is brilliant (It comes with the correct cable to plug into your TV).
