One of the best dessert books I have ever come across, it is busrting with squidgy, creamy things, classics, and variations on classics, vegan things, low fat things, chewy bars for your lunchbox, cheesecakes-a-plenty and the fantastic Italian Fruit Cake, which makes a change from Delia's recipe on Christmas Day. It has a seriously helpful section at the back which lists all the recipes into categories, so that even if you're not quite sure what you're looking for, inspiration is easy to find. The anecdotes from the restaurant itself are lovely too! Highly recommended, just make sure you alternate the squidgy, creamy things with the guiltless low fat treats occasionally!!
