This is the type of product I'd never have considered buying until happening upon it by chance on Amazon. It was our first winter in our modern two bed house last year and we suffered condensation on windows badly, leading to the frames suffering a type of fungal growth which wasn't pleasant and risked rotting the wooden frames. After reading about the DEM10 I was keen to try and have now been using one for the last 3 months. It makes a huge difference and the proof it is working is visible from the water that collects in the tank, and the lack of condensation on the windows. The unit is relatively compact and sits on our landing in order to have a central place in the house. The water reservoir is easy to remove and replace, and can have it ... Read More:

Makes reasonably good espresso. There are two small problems.
1) As mentioned by other reviewers, the expresso water tank suffers from a serious design fault. If you take it out to refill it then, because of a fault with the valve at the bottom, a significant amount of water leaks out of the bottom of the machine onto the work surface. Contrary to what's been reported by another reviewer, this is NOT solved by ensuring that the tank is replaced 'properly'.
Once it's in place the water stops leaking. Therefore a solution to the problem is to fill it in-situ using a jug. Not really a show stopper.
2) The plastic gasket that makes a seal between the expresso filter holder and the filter itself, is likely to need ... Read More:

I bought this from amazon this week arrived in 2 days free delivery and also got the grinder free, BARGAIN!!!!. Made latte first day and every day since and I am please with the results.
Upside - easy to use - follow easy instructions
Downside - you have to hold onto the cups or they shake and could fall off the machine - but as it is so cheap it doesnt take much to hold on to the cups for 30 seconds.
I would reccomend this if you want to make your own fresh coffee drinks and cannot afford the more expensive machines as it makes perfect drinks

Until now i'd been grinding beans with my multipurpose blender which could easily be disassembled and cleaned. With this grinder, there are no detachable parts. To clean the manual suggests you sweep out execess grind with a small brush (like what?) then wipe with a damp cloth. I just use a kitchen towell.
Besides that, the product is excellent. Makes a beautiful, fine espresso grind for my new Bialetti.

I have just bought this and am very pleased with it. The only criticism is that it does not have a recipe or instruction book with it. However, I got a recipe from the web and went ahead. On my first try I didn't oil the plates enough and put too much mixture in the machine, but after this I got it right and have enjoyed great fluffy waffles. Would recommend it.

A super big heater, super big price, build and finish quality good and heating OK but maybe its my fault in that I bought a few of these hoping to replace central heating in a flat, and they are not proving to be flexible enough. Whilst both are set on timer, to get a manual over ride you have to crouch down, reach for your glasses, find a miniscule pin switch for going onto manual - not good for such a price. I put this question to Delongi and guess what - zero response. My search continues...... Maybe I should go for a new CH system..

This heats our room very quickly and is not drying but it creaks something awful when the thermostat shuts it off or I unplug it because its woken me up for the third or fourth time in a night.

When making up our wedding list, my wife and I felt that a good coffee machine was essential to a happy and long marriage, so we opted for a gaggia cubika. Unfortunately, the cubika felt really cheap and badly put together when we got it out of the box, so it went straight back in. I can't comment on the coffee 'cause we didn't try it but we decided to go for this delonghi instead. It's very easy to use, the coffee is good (comparable to 'the in-laws' much more expensive Gaggia) and the frother is very effective. I use it every day and so far have no complaints. It also looks nice in our kitchen!!

This is a really excellent product. I've used many heaters, but none of them up to this standard - even one that I bought for £59.99 just 6 months ago.
There are 6 heat settings, ranging from 1 (a slight heat) to 6 (a blazing inferno). Number 3, I find is the most comfortable and natural.
Upon switching it on, you'll notice that the product makes a slight buzz. It's certainly not excessive, and doesn't disrupt listening to TV at a normal volume.
The heater warms up a small/medium sized room very quickly - within around 5 minutes usually. Once your ideal temperature is reached, the heater will automatically switch itself off thanks to the inbuilt thermostat. It will come back on if the temperature drops again.
it's very good, warm and quiet. The room becomes warmer just in around 5 minutes. Compare with the other one I bought and just returned, this one is really really good, for the price, quality and low sound.
