I have had a George Foreman before, but cleaning it could be a bit of a hassle until I got this one. It is very easy to use and extremely easy to clean.

I gave this as a present to my parents with great expectations. Unfortunately it is a let down. It doesn't melt the chocolate - that has to be done in a pan - and it wastes so much afterwards in cleaning it - even after saving the excess in a bowl. You need too much chocolate to make it work so you can't just put in less or it won't cascade.
We were very disappointed with it and will revert to the fondue set instead which melts the chocolate and doesn't need or waste so much. >>More Details |

Every review for this product tells you it's big, but not HOW big, search on-line and somewhere you might actually find the dimensions, but when you're listening to the people on this site you'll be thinking, maybe they're exaggerating....THEY'RE NOT. You might even be thinking, 'How big could it be?', it's BIG.
But even if you do know the dimensions it's not a simple case of ensuring you have enough space to contain the grill, when you have the grill closed, the handle overhangs the bottom of the grill by 12cm, and when you open it, the lid overhangs the back by an extra 4cm, so if you don't want the handle poking out over the edge of any worksurfaces and you want the lid to open onobstructed you'll need more space. These Grill Sponges are excellent for cleaning all the ins & outs of the George Foreman Grill plates, which is almost impossible to do with a normal sponge scrubber, without damaging either the scrubber, or the grill plate.
I first discovered them a couple of years ago, and have found them so good, although hard to find locally, that whenever I discover a shop with them, I buy several packs, to ensure that I won't run out, before I have to restock. I would greatly recommend them to everyone. >>More Details |

The first time I learned about product like this was when my friend invited me to her house and made doughnuts with a machine similar to this one. I was very impressed with the great taste and easiness to use and decided to get one for myself. It doesn't disappoint me. It's quick and easy to make delicious doughnuts. The small size is perfect for my two young children. Best of all, I can control the amount of oil and sugar I use in making doughnuts. Perfect if you are concerned about your or children's sugar intake.

Normally I tend to confine my reviews to items of the literary kind, but as I can't really be bothered with another book review at the moment (and because I bought this grill from Amazon recently) I thought I'd turn my critical eye on the Big George.
This is my first real experience with health grills, and overall I'd have to say I'm quite impressed. The grilling area heats up quickly and is big enough to fit plenty of burgers on, making it a handy backup if you've invited all your friends over for a BBQ but the weather isn't cooperating. The unit feels solid and durable, though the temperature control seems unusually delicate, as if it doesn't really do anything.
