Bought these having read the reviews and have to say am very happy with them. If, like me, you are a novice in the kitchen and looking to replace a cheap set of knives then these are the ones for you. Much sharper than my old knives ever were and feel nice in the hand.

This two stage sharpener is a double edged sword (excuse the pun); It does not produce the same results as using a sharpening stone, but on the other hand it requires zero skill to use and give you a good edge in seconds. For a quick "top up" before or after use of your knives, it's fantastic. I use Henckels 5-star knives and I'm more than happy with the results considering the price.

Purchased to replace an unknown pair of scissors which met a sad end at the hands of evil art student daughter who decided to use them to cut up wire for a sculpture.
Struggled for years with a pair of very average kitchen scissors until i could take no more. Had bought a Henckels knife years before and was very happy so bought the brand again. I went for the most expensive pair and was not disappointed, they are razor sharp. They cut everything from bacon rind to magazines witn ease. You can feel the slight resistance of the two cutting edges as you use them. Well built and comfortable to use i would recommend these to everyone.

This is a very good quality knife rack with plenty of room for lots of knives, scissors etc. The magnet is extremely strong so everything stays secure. The only very slight point is that the wall it is fixed to has to be fairly flat in order to clip the magnet to its mountings. With a bit of effort we found a level that was flat enough and it's turned out to be a really good buy.

This is a really sturdy roll, but the netting that holds the knives in place is a bit of a nuisance. If you have very pointed blades, then they are inclined to stick through, which is not terribly safe. Something more solid - say canvas - would be better, stitched into more pockets.
There's not really space for small knives, either. My paring knives and other small thing all have to go in one pocket together, which rather defeats the object!

It may seem like a lot of money for a knife, but in my opinion it's a good investment (as long as the wife doesn't accidentally put it in the bin and not realise until it's too late, like the one it replaced!) It just oozes quality...

This is a great ice- cream scooper, giving a perfectly smooth ball of ice cream, easy to use no matter how hard the ice- cream is, so it's great for the kids aswell, and it doesn't rust as its stainless steel.
