I bought this Igenix halogen heater through Amazon but supplier was Premier Product. The first one that was delivered had an element that wasn't working, but I was very impressed with the service from Premier Product. I got in touch with them and within a couple of days they arrange for collection of the faulty heater, and the next day I received a new one. I have found this heater excellent so far. It fitted together Ok, and I find the heat output is excellent, on the 1600w setting it feels more like heat given out from a convensional 3kw heater. The remote control is also a good idea. I have had halogen heaters in the past and when the controls are on the top of the fire, after a while they get overheated and the switches cease to work ... Read More:

THis is great - Glass jug, heavy base -it just feels quality as oppossed to some of the other plasticky ones on the market.

As mixing bowls go this is a bowl you can mix in. Can't fault it although would agree with the noise issues mentioned above.

I was looking forward to these being a talking point, but i am glad the i only ordered the 2 pack. Argyle Port Sippers 2 pack
They do look good, but are very flimsy. They feel as though it would not take much for the 'sipper' to break or snap. They also are fiddely. My husband struggles to pick it up without spilling some out of the top. That said, they are great to drink from. The port is sipped from the bottom and is a nice sensation. >>More Details |

I don't normally leave reviews but the kettle is an absolute joke...thats being polite. Bought this last December around £35 like the other reviewers on a so called special offer but I wouldnt pay £3.50 for this set. Main gripe is with the kettle, lime scale heaven, can't pour a cup without spilling water and most important of all the lid springs up sporadically just when ats boiling point - soaks the kitchen anot to mention dangerous. DONT GO NEAR THIS PRODUCT!

I'm pretty sure this is the model I have, it looks identical but I can't be sure because it's now so old the writing's wiped off. This is the second I've had, the first bought in the early 1980s gunked up when I used it to blend something wet (NOT A GOOD IDEA) and my current one I bought from the local Oxfam store for £5 in the early 90s). Still going strong and producing excellent grinds though I may upgrade to a 'burr' grinder soon after the recent acquisition of an espresso maker (though I'll no doubt hang on to this one as a reserve). Why has it lasted so long? I'm not sure, other than the build quality, I tend to grind in bursts of a few seconds rather than just sticking my thumb down for half a minute (which I'm sure also helps to grind effectively). ...
