I've used one of these all summer for camping trips. Previously I used a standard torch with rechargeable AA batteries but these can have a habit of dying just when they're needed and it's expensive to keep buying fresh sets.
This torch is just the job. It provides sufficient illumination for in a tent, walking around a camp site in pitch black and has been very useful at home during power cuts. It's lightweight, reliable and dependable and I know it's there when it's needed so I won't be reverting back to conventional battery-powered torches. This light is good looking, gives stronger light than perhaps would be expected from its size and is light weight enough to carry.
On the downside the longevity is not quite as great as promised, but its sufficient that it makes the lamp a good buy nonetheless. >>More Details |
