as a professional chef I first used a bigger one of these in Denmark and they are fantastic.
plenty of room on the grill and a superb cooking temperature.
back in england i purchased the Q120, a smaller but just as good version, for use at home. it performs just as the bigger version, however the adaptor supplied is only suitable for tiny bottles of 'camping gas' as with most of you out there i needed to run mine on the 'patio gas' type bottles of propane from garden centre. to do this YOU WILL need to change your adaptor, i went on line, found my nearest weber dealer (do this via the weber website) and purchased a lead and adaptor (oh yes the lead with the Q120 doesn't reach very far) which cost me £25. it is well worth the money.
