This clock is available in several different guises, but don't be fooled - The only difference appears to be the stuck-on face of the clock itself, and sometimes a slightly different hanging bracket. Outdoor / Garden Victorian Railway Station Clock
With regard to the previous two reviews, I can only say that I can see where they are coming from. Even allowing for the price, when you get to see this item in the flesh for the first time, you are in no doubt that this is a cheap clock. I guess that you cannot expect miracles, but this item is basically two battery kitchen type clocks fixed back to back by a hinge and a flimsy (bendy) clasp, which I would guess is not very watertight even when fully closed. These lights are quite useful for all sorts of stuff: lighting up places without a electricity supply; lighting up places which are not convinient to put a light and I must say, they do exactly what they say on the tin/box. They also have quite a good battery life so they are convinient to run. My only criticism is that they are called touch lights and it is actually quite hard to switch them on: you have to press quite hard but other than that, these are a handy item to have and you can buy them cheaply in most home stores or of course amazon.co.uk. :)

The reservation is that I had to fiddle about with the 4 AA batteries to get it to function. I told the wife I was going to send it back. But then, I got the green light to come on and ever since it has worked like magic.
I leave it in the loft next to a joist because I hear them scrabbling at night. Since June I must have caught about 10 of them - it once zapped two of them at once. Disposal is easy. I used to use poison and they would die in hidden places and stink to high heaven - no such worries now. So go ahead and buy - you won't be disappointed. >>More Details |

What a wonderful Valentines gift this was!
Huge, heart-shaped, paper lanterns that slowly lifted into the sky and could be seen slowly drifting in the night's sky for ages. Very romantic!
