I purchased this product over amazon last week for £69.99 and now its gone down to £59.99 I can't belive it, so not fair. This office 2007 is ok the only problem I had with it is finding half of the things I need to use, as its all it sections of folders. If your saving documents make sure to save it with the drop down box of microsoft 1997-2003 as then you can open up this document on other ps which do not have office 2007. Overall its a good product.

Kapersky seem to be one of the good guys in the Anti-virus world, their product seems to have avoided the bloat that has accompanied Symantec and even McAfee products.
The product installs easily and updates fairly quickly, it also seems to use less system resource than comparable packages even the free ones.
The only niggles are that it's fussy about previous security products and if they haven't cleanly uninstalled it refuses to install. You can use Revo unistaller to get around this, or manually trawl the registry, which isn't much fun. The other niggle is that it is fussy about you installing new program which can be annoying.
Other than that an excellent product, well worth a look if you're worried about viruses/ ... Read More:

I have used Norton for many years, but this version has convinced me I will never use them again. The problems started two days after installing the new version. The software said the licence key had expired. After numerous calls to get through to support, I eventually succeeded and was told that I needed to uninstall, change the computer clock back 1 month and re install. This "fix" seemed to work. A few weeks later, with my new machine apparently working well, I decided to copy all my data from an old machine onto the new machine with Norton. So I put in the hard drive, and Norton claimed the licence had again expired. Connecting to the Norton site the key seemed to be successfully recovered. After copying all my data I removed the old hard drive, and again ... Read More:

Dear All,
A first-time negative reviwer, and a previous admirer of the Microsoft Office stable, I have to register disgust at this particular Microsoft offering. It is misleading, and if you want a comprehensive product, you are going to have to spend a lot more.
As backgound, I am a "silver" post-grad now involved in cardiology related voluntary work with the NHS. My wife is a seving Headteacher. At the turn of last year we decided to update our long sufferring systems, which were struggling to cope with Office XP professional (2003).
As a Sony fan, I bought myself an AR series large screen desktop replacement, together with the ultimate boy's toy -a full powered micro PC (Sony UX-1XN). My wife got a semi-pro CR series. The point is that ... Read More:

The product is an absolute joke. And the Technical Support / Customer Service at Symantec is even worse.
1.) Upon Starting the PC I am greeted with multiple pop-ups - Virus Definitions Out of Date and Virus Scan Out of Date etc etc. On entering the software everything is ok.....
2.) The system seems to hang on the "one button check up" during the Norton Cleanup scan and then after 30 minutes will find files to clean up. Example found 763 then cleaned. Immediately ran again and found 1091, then cleaned (again). Immediately ran again and found 2111.
3.) Have used Symantec Chat on 4 occasions and each time they tell me that it is sorted. When I start the computer again, the problems start again.
This new version of Office has too many problems. In addition to the slow performance the lack of compatability with other versions (meaning settings have to be changed to save files in the old format) makes day to day operation a pain. Added to that network operation on classic Office files is very uncertain.
I have tried three service pack versions. The first one wouldn't open Excel XLS files through the network, then after the next service pack it did, after the next fix pack it didn't.
Files seem to randomly get saved into last used save folders when they have been opened from somewhere else. If you want basic Word processing and spreadsheet analysis with presentation save money and buy iWork. The learning curve will be shorter than the frustration trying to make Office ... Read More:

One Care is a fully comprehensive anti-virus program, firewall program it also has backup and restore utilities and system tune-up options. I have usually used separate products for each of these functions but decided to give One Care a go after purchasing a new computer with Vista Home rather than XP on it.
The initial installation could not be easier (unlike when I have tried McAfee on a laptop) and the programme integrates seamlessly with all my applications: Word Excel Outlook Etc and then provides simple and easy to understand popup (much like you get with Internet Explorer) when it detects any problems changes etc whilst running your PC. Another bonus is that it seems to take up less memory/processor speed than other antivirus/security programs I have used in the past, so ... Read More:
