I purchased the movie converter for psp and ipod and was looking forward to using it. However i haven't got to that stage yet due to there being no 5th set of serial digits. I have just emailed gsp and am still waiting for a response!
Also I have read some of the other reviews and it seems that it doesn't actually convert dvd's as it misleadingly encourages you to believe!!! POOR, looks like a waste of money before ive even tried it!!!!! =[ >>More Details |

I was slightly underwhelmed by the performance of this piece of kit considering its price. I've tried quite a few cheaper external soundcards already and they mostly perform better than this one. The signal recorded is not particular clean - not terrible but not as good as some cheaper soundcards. I experienced some latency problems - not severe, but again, cheaper soundcards from other manufacturers performed better in this area too.
On the positive side, this is a relatively cost effective way to record an instrument (guitar perhaps) and vocals at the same time. To be fair, it does what it says on the tin, just not quite as well as I had hoped. >>More Details |

Everyone with a video capable iPod will know how frustrating it is that while it seems to be OK legally to rip a commercial CD into iTune for use on your iPod, that this is a no no for commercial DVDs. For this reason, this product will not rip commercial DVDs into mp4 format for the iPod, PSP etc. It does work with home recordings, but in truth even for this I found this software to be very slow, and quite often it would crash (a common problem with Pinnacle video related products). There are better shareware programmes out there which can be downloaded from the net (some of which will even rip commercial DVDs), which will do the same job much more quickly and with out the crashes. So really I could not recommend this product.

This product has one major failing. You cannot easily find a song you require unless you know the album it is on or the Artist. I very often know the song I want to play but cannot remember the Artist nor Album. I have contacted Magix and they say it is just not possible. I also have the Creative organiser which does gives a complete list of songs in alphabetical order on my computer which means I have to keep switching from one program to another to create a playlist. If I had known this, I would never have bought it.

OK, I admit to being a bit of a technophobe but I got this for my husband who is much more savvy than I am.
After disappearing downstairs and leaving him to it for several hours I was then treated to a grumbling, complaining man in the doorway of the livingroom holding an empty box in disgust. In a nutshell, he found that while the installation was fairly straightforward, actually trying to get DVDs onto his iPod touch was not. We are going on holiday shortly and he was looking forward to downloading some films for the flight but this software didn't appear to be very helpful. I have been asked to give this one star which is a shame as I really thought that this would be a great product when I ordered it. >>More Details |

I bought a copy of Photos on PSP and it won't install onto my computer. Then I can't find the product on the X-oom website support page and support won't respond to any of my emails or answer my questions.

Bought this software based on all the great reviews.Unfortunately I found it extremely frustrating to actually cut a scene from the captured footage,then when finished after a 3-4 hour slog,I burnt to DVD only to find the image jerky.
Contacted the Customer service on e-mail as the phone number did not work and despite following the instructions from the e-mail help line the results are still the same.Complained to the supplier who now refuses to refund. This experience is really off putting,maybe the people who love this software can explain why it's so good.It does nothing for me!! >>More Details |
