I have personally found 'Tiger' to be the most efficient OS X to date, and therefore a real favourite for a couple of years when I was working in a graphics department. Their is no doubt Leopard is a beautiful upgrade, containing a stated "300+ upgrades", however, it is by no means essential if you Mac is work work purposes. The extra features we've found are not for the productive side of things, but more for consolidating files, making things visually look better, and a few notable new programs.
In short, Leopard would no doubt be a great update for the Media orientated users, but if you're all work and no play, it's actually not that essential. "Snow Leopard" has already been announced for next year anyway, and was stated would ... Read More:

For those people serious about improving their mental abilities, I would advise them to steer clear of this software. The exercises are not varied enough to offer great benefit and the performance measures have many shortcomings. To be honest, I don't think much research was done on the subject before this product was made.
Having said that, it's all right for a bit of fun and for the price, you can't complain too much.

I really enjoy making my Family tree!
There is now so many new members of my family I have found just by using this. Ive had no problem at all loading known members or unknown members on to my tree.
Its so easy to use and simple to learn, I have even brought the product for my mum to do as a past time.

I bought this primarilly to copy my large collection of music across several DVDs (something it claims to do). However it crashes when I import lots of files.
No updates, seemingly total lack of any reponse from support. I would avoid this software like the plague.

Unfortunately on my platform (Vista Ultimate 64bit) this software is absolutely riddled with bugs (even after applying the patch). Straight out of the box, it does not connect to the internet - a stressful search around the support site eventually found the patch which enabled internet connectivity. Since then, the program suffers from consistent crashes to the desktop. The upside is that as they are consistent, you avoid performing certain tasks enabling you to use the software reasonably easiliy.
It's interaction with the My Ancestry web site is it's major plus point and recording your family's records is easy and straightforward.
I am hoping that the 2009 version has ironed out all of the bugs and crashes.
This is the second version of ABBYY software that I have purchased and it does exactly what it says on the box.
My day to day business requires me to handle a lot of paperwork and emails, prior to using this software this was the most time consuming part of my business and a complete nightmare.
This new version of the ABBYY product is excellent and I am glad to report that the team has improved the software beyond my expectations. I handle alot of contracts, invoices and reports and have found that ABBYY can handle all of them. This new version now handles each contract as a whole which saves me invaluable time when negotiating and proof reading. The conversion speed from PDF to Word, Excel etc. is faster than any other software that I ... Read More:

The childrens britannica CD-rom successfully uses images, video and sound clips and maps to bring educational topics to life for your children. I found the resource to be well written and constructed with 'young learning' in mind. I have particularly found the homework helpdesk useful for the ever increasing homework demands that have been placed upon me! The Childrens CD-Rom is designed for children of a primary school age but it might be worth noting that the Ultimate reference DVD contains 3 encyclopedias (primary, secondary & Adult) as I recently discovered!
