Excellent product if you're having driving lessons intensive or weekly, and preparing for the theory and hazard perception test. The test questions and the overall format are close to the real thing, and the mock exams show you exactly what to expect on your theory and hazard perception test.
The hazard perception part is the same, with clips to practice, and the mock exams are just like the Driving Standards Agency test. I have done the mock exams and passed.This is So I can get a feel for the software the reason being that I am a driving instructor, so if I recommend a product to pupils I make sure that it good enough first. I was fortunate enough to be lent this DVD and in conjunction with the Theory CD passed my theory test first time around. That said, I am learning to ride a motorcycle as an experienced driver. The DVD progressively explains Hazards with a gradual emphasis on differentiating static hazards from Developing ones (ie ones which absolutely force a driver/rider to change speed or direction). This much is fairly obvious. I think to fully grasp the material it is worthwhile viewing 3 or 4 times to pick up on the subtleties and in spite of the narrators explaining that there is no benefit in resitting the example tests, I think it all reinforces the learning process so I would disagree.

This "complete learner driver pack" does exactly what it promises to do. Three books packed with information on how to pass your theory and practical tests are ideal for learner drivers and those who are teaching people to drive.
The theory test book gives every question that you could be asked in 2008/2009 and gives each with an answer and explanation conveniently located on the other side of the page. Whilst practice elsewhere is required to pass the hazard perception, this is what got me past the multiple choice part of the test. I wanted this product mainly for the video tutorials and they were exactly what I was expecting, they are very simple to follow and also provide very clear instructions on how to perform each manoeuvre (much better than listening to your instructor).The printable Theory test book is almost pointless, why not just provide one in the box (its large enough).

I bought this latest book to prepare my theory test, I studied the Highway Code first and then I did all the practices on the book. And I had full marks on my theory test, thanks to this book. The content is brilliant, however, I think the design is so so, they could do better.

bought this for my husband, proved to be an excellent tool to learn enough to pass the exam 93%. Some questions in exam not covered in content so common-sense still required. Don't bother with the hazards CD, better examples exist on the internet!
