A 3 year subscription to Bullguard came bundled with a new PC I purchased earlier this year - I was a little sceptical as to the whether this would protect me as I've never heard of the brand before.
However, I've since heard many excellent reviews of the product and recently had a problem with the firewall refusing to operate. I contacted their online support and was connected within seconds to an agent who was extremely helpful and guided me through to process to rectify this. On doing a full virus scan later the same day, the scan picked up a virus that couldn't be disinfected or quarantined.
