I have been using Windows Vista Home Premium for nearly two years. Initially I used it on a "Windows Vista Capable" machine, and with all the UI effects turned on it ran like a dog. I remember the same thing in 2001 when I ran Windows XP on a 233 MHz machine with 64 MB RAM (the minimum spec for XP). I have since used Vista on my other two newer machines, each of which exceed the recommended spec, and I have been rewarded with new stability and security, along with an enhanced multimedia experience. Mac OS 10.5 has nothing on Vista (I use both at work), just don't try to run it on low-end hardware and expect miracles.

Out of all of the operating systems i have once used this is by far the worst. i even thought windows 95 was more reliable. If you are looking for a good operating system i would recommened windows 2000 professional or windows xp home or windows xp professional

I totally agree with the reviewer that complained about the difficulty to get into the box. I too was foxed until I stopped trying to open it instinctively and had a concentrated thoughtful good look at the box. Whoever came up with the design... please, let others do the job. Packaging isn't meant to be a puzzle to be solved.
As for the software itself... hmmm... I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive after reading the divided opinions here and I guess my three stars indicate that I, too, am divided about it. Maybe once I have used it for a year or so, I might get the hang of it but as of now, I am still missing the old version and trying to work out the new. A full page of all kinds of stuff (rubbish) but nowhere says what this software does. Amazons pages are getting over full of other things and forgetting about the item you are actually looking at. It would be nice to focus on the item you are looking at- put it at the top clear from the rubbish. Oh= and put a description of it too.

Sonic's back and here to stay. Sonic Team vowed this would bring the series back to it's roots and has got pretty close to that. The speed is mind-blowing, better than before. The action isn't bad either, working in teams to defeat Robotnik's minions.
There are four teams: Team Sonic, Team Rose, Team Chaotix and Team Dark. There are three characters in each team, each with a different ability: speed, power and fly. Each character has plenty of different moves aswell. At first this is an odd experience. Yet soon you get used to it and swapping between characters and using different moves becomes second nature. I have been working with this training CD for 3 weeks now and I just can't get the hang of typing properly. I think I've being doing it incorrectly for so long that there is no hope for me now. It's fun to use and quite clever - pity that I'm not!
