I was looking forward to using this software after reading reviews (mostly good)- especially as I have not had any experience before in designing websites.
I reckon if you have not got programming experience and want to create a complicated databased site - then you will be wasting a lot of time in the beginning. If you want your site up and running sooner rather than much later- then you are better of employing the services of a web-site designer to do this for you. I wasted alot of time in becoming familiar with the tutorials, videos, etc- but did not manage to get very far and then in the end I had to find a website designer to complete my project. I've used it to create games but it's just modifying a game that has already been created. If new to creating games then this is a great start but notice it's the lite edition meaning it has less features that the full product. The full product is only sold on the 3d gamemaker website and this isn't good enough.
