Havent got any complaints with the actual item, but am a little disappointed that it is not compatible with Windows Vista. Have contacted Digital Blue and they cannot give me a definite date as to when the software will be available. We got a new computer for Christmas along with the digital blue, so at the moment my son is not happy. So hurry up Digital Blue. Get it sorted!!!!!

This is a excellent educational tool for preschoolers and adults wishing to hone their vocabulary - and a great TV-alternative.
Words have to be recognized and formed from a wall of letters that get refreshed as you progress. Target-words offer extra points whereas, repeatedly forming easy small words is "punished" with the appearance of burning letter-tiles that, if let to reach the bottom, end the game.
This is a perfect example of what has come to be known as Casual Gaming. It would be a good idea to download the 60-min trial version from a site, such as REFLEXIVE (you can Google it), and decide for yourself whether this is indeed your cup of tea.
I bought this for my 9 year old daughter and she loved it so much I've ordered the fantasy and treasure hunt ones. In fact, at one point her 15 year old brother joined in, till she made him give it back. One warning for British parents - tell your kids that Americans call clothes pegs 'pins'!

I bought this for my daughters 4 th birthday. On level 1 it is ideal for her she can work out what to do on each screen and can be left to learn on her own. It is easy to move around the different sections, 8 i believe, and then has varoius games within each section. There are two more levels for her to move onto and level 3 kept my fairly clever nearly 7 years old amused too.
A great learning tool that it fun too!

Just to let anyone know who is interested, this CD-Rom does work on Mac. I have a recent Mac, and when I put the disk in, my OS 9 system kicks in. It works without any problems.
As far as the game itself, I was very pleased and have not found any difficulty in understanding how it works, but I suppose instructions would no be a bad idea!
We are using this CD to help my son, who has never been to school in England, and I find that this is a very effective way to work on his grammer, etc. He is not a big reader, like his brother, so this game has been a very helpful tool. He finds it fun and ejoys getting the stickers.
I am probably going to go on to year 3, but will have a look at other games, as so many ... Read More:

Probably like most of you reading this, i had just made the leap to mac, leaving behind the likes of Windows, Office, Studio 8 for PC. The cost of conversion was daunting. Then i saw this little gem, and thought i had nothing to lose. Not only did i get a free upgrade to V2, i was completely astonished by the intergration. I have high hopes of most things i order and frequently feel let down, but not with this. It fulfills all my needs and more. Yes, letting go of Windows isn't easy, but with this on you Mac you can have your cake and eat it. When Outlook fires up on you Mac desktop and completely integrates with your WIFI, Bluetooth, ICam etc it really is impressive. I can now wean myself off Bill Gates cashflow and become an Applephile. As a plus i ... Read More:

Being a creative (and gemini) type, I've accepted just about every type of college and university course going. Luckily I've settled down into Popular Music Studies, but I've needed various pieces of software for both work projects and uni documents. One of them was Photoshop; a program I was practically made to Marry for 2 years if I wanted to complete my Graphics Art course. It was CS2 I used back then on the iMac's, so naturally, I was worried if all my knowledge would be lost on the new CS4.
Thankfully, I was 'as usual' panicking over nothing (hereditary?). But their was a genuine reason for my concern. Like yourself, maybe, I had read endless reviews for CS4 before it was released, and gasped at the screenshots of a horrid grey-background and interface, ... Read More:
