After initial enthusiasm, my daughter found the game play and the way you move around the 4 different arenas quite uninteresting. The maths items themselves were as you would expect, and there are a lot of different items with various degrees of difficulty, but the all center around just 3 basic arenas. Also, there are no short cut's to the items, so you have to repeatedly listen to the same preamble every time.

I have had a similar program to this, but it didn't work well on my computer so thought I'd try with this one and it is fine. Add that to the fact that this one gives you 5000 photos on cd, 30 cards and some foam pads for the same money as the other is just for the program I'm glad that one didn't run properly. It is so easy to use and really great for card makers and those who make decoupage for other reasons too. I really like it. You just take your picture and use the snip tool to cut pieces out of it, put them in your little tray and print it all out at the end, after choosing your size requitements, and all the pieces will fit on the main picture as if you've bought them on a ready made sheet.

Basically you can either play in campaign or endless mode. in both you are given the choice of 3 regions (U.S.A, Europe and Australia)
In endless mode you can select one of many regions, select difficulty, competitors, year and if you and unlimited money.
In the campaign mode you only have 1 region you can play until you unlock more. each region has a dilemma as you might expect that needs to be resolved within a certain time limit. these may range from getting supplies to build forts or an Olympic village, building a transport route to a hard to reach area or collecting gold from awkwardly placed mines.
The first few scenarios are based around the 1800's and as you progress the time follows suit. And as time presses on new ... Read More:

This is a very good game! I got this game today and i'm glad I got it. But
when you haven't got enough money to buy what you want e.g a kennel, some frisbees or some food or water it's quite annoying. But I have to agree with the other review, that it should be bought. Hannah 8 years.

Commandos 2: Men of Courage is a fantastic strategy game following in the footsteps of Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines & Beyond the Call of Duty. The game has plenty of levels to keep you occupied for a few hours or more. Best Commandos game so far!
