After reading the past reviews I was sceptical, but had a fast pc above the minimum specifications and had no trouble at all. The files are copied easily and I had no problems with audio delays. If people are buying this product they will be very satisfied just ensure your PC meets the software needs as spelled out in the description. All the negative comments I bet are from people with old pcs!

This version really is disappointing and full of installation and programming errors. Version 9.0.9.4d released at the end of October does nothing to improve matters.
Nero Vision has seen no real refinement for a few years now, but this version works less well than Nero 8. It does not import files I recorded correctly from DVDs that Nero 8 coped with fine. Installation takes a remarkably long time and fails if you use the custom option to omit unwanted features. Currently my computer does not list Nero as available to either use or uninstall, though roaming round the hard drive to find the program files, I have managed to get it mostly working. A few months ago I bought a new laptop which came with Vista Home Premium pre-installed. I've now had the opportunity to compare Vista to my desktop PC's XP installation. In summary Vista doesn't make a compelling upgrade. Memory usage is considerably higher, the default User Account Control setup is so overbearing that I disabled it completely and from the perspective of the end user the new features seem to be mostly related to visual tarting up and transparency effects. These new features add nothing much to productivity. The frequency and volume of critical security patches to apply seems to continue as with XP. There are some useful features but most of these can be added to XP by using existing free applications. Not a worthwhile upgrade.

Paint Shop Pro came to my attention after receiving the latest version of TurboCAD v15 Pro which I use extensively for work purposes, the idea being to import drawings for production into finished presentable artwork. I decided to try the programme out first with Corel's free monthly trial and I'm glad I did - I found the programme to be annoying from the start. The first thing to happen was a long wait on start-up whilst it 'raided' all my photo files and converted them to run in PSP. OK, so perhaps that is to be expected. BUT-

Although I did have some minor problems installing this product with a little bit of research I managed to resolve it.
This programme is highly capable and highly useful. It might take a little bit of getting used to as in the way you talk to it and it needing a limited amount of training. But the end result is surprisingly accurate. I am very impressed. The biggest problem that I have is remembering to use the software as I tend to automatically go to the keyboard to type. The other great aspect of this software is that you can use it anywhere that you would normally type. I'm not quite 17 yet, but I bought this disk a few months ago in the hope that it would help - and it has! It has made me confident for when I start to learn to drive and for my theory test... would recommend it for anyone learning to drive!

Hubby bought a PS3 a few weeks ago along with the usual warfare games which being female are not for me. Got the free trial download for Prostreet Need for Speed and I decided to have a go and enjoyed it so much we bought the game. Now I am completely hooked. I just love the challenges, trying to win the races, trying not to damage the car. I really feel my adrenalin going and my heart racing.
We also bough Gran Turismo but I cannot get into that yet and find it quite boring. I need my life back though as I cannot tear myself away from the PS3 and Need for Speed. Next thing is a wheel as the PS3 controls are quite difficult. Problem with a wheel though is you need a stand? >>More Details |

it took me a while to get all the cables i need for recording but when its all setup its a brilliant piece of kit highly recommended for gamers it does record in pal 50 but if you download amcap you can get it to record in pal 60 quality is also very good the software you get with it is rubbish for recording gaming would of preferd to get studio 11 or 12 but overall it is a good product xbox live gamers get it now! oh and 1 more thing dont waste your money on the platinum edition its not worth it this dazzle is just as good!! thanks! gt:chris 0wn3d u
