This software is good, but the makers support is below par. It's not made clear that you need a patch to make it work on Leopard, even though they say it will. Once you register the software you have to wait for them to send you a password to access their website to download the patch. In my case I waited three days for an automated response. In the end I managed to email them and they sent me one.
I strongly recommend that you read the users forum comments.
I thought I had a bad disc and reported it to Amazon and to their credit they sent another straight out. Got it the next day. Well done Amazon. Roxio could learn a lot from them about customer service.

This piece of software is very good. It has four disc's. The house version being the best one. It has a lot of samples to choose, i would advise getting all the other sound collections first though.

I bought this as I had tried to teach myself previously through books without any success. This program blew me away and within weeks I was playing tunes with chords which had before seemed as if it wasn't achievable without a real teacher. This program shows you which keys to play, adds band instruments in such as Acc and Drums and even tells you when you are going wrong once connected with a MIDI Cable. This software is amazing and I will certainly be buying Keyboard Coach 2 to develop my skills further.

People are very loyal to their DAWs - like religions, you don't really change.
But Logic Audio went Mac only, and the program always felt too complicated, so I finally dived in with Sonar 7 PE.
I've only had it a week, and am very impressed. Some people complain it's too complicated, and perhaps if you're used to a 4-track or Audition it is but it is just like having a full studio (and it's a LOT easier than Logic).
The track / mixer is straightforward - you can add FX to tracks or Send the tracks to busses like a regular mixer. It bounces tracks down "offline" rather than in real time which seems to put less load on your PC. My old P3 900MHz is fine with, say, 6 tracks of audio.
