when i first had a go of this i thought oh no! another bad buy like the pucchi pucchi stashed in the back of a draw somewhere. but no! after a few goes i started to get the hang of it, that was it then i was hooked. make sure you get the one with the counter so you can see how fast you can spin it then you will try your best to better your last score. anyway be careful because you will suffer the next day. ive tryed various exercise equipment over the years and never felt forearm 'burn' like this before. addictive and great exercise for the arms. just received the metal version look out for a review.

This powerball is actually pretty cool, it does excercise your forearm and definately your hand to some extent although i remain skeptical as to it being able to excercise the bicep and pectoral muscles (as shown in the little minidisc that accompanies this powerball version), this along with some captains of crush grippers will definately help improve hand strength. I originally thought this was another gimmicky fitness thing of which there are so many... but i think i was wrong this time, its definately got its uses. For low-average strength people this powerball should suffice, for strong people they should look into the metal 350hz version. Its pretty addictive, ive picked it up randomly a few times today, my hands are all sore now though so id ... Read More:

If you have a powerball then you probably want to protect it from dust and other particles that might make your powerball work less then optimally. This case is initially a tight fit, but will loosen a little over time.

Hi, Just thought i'd leave a quick review for the Garmin Forerunner 50 inc USB ANT Stick. I bought this item from Amazon along with footpod, heart rate monitor and bike GSC10 speed sensor. As usual Amazon delivery was faultless, all arrived safe ontime and well packed.
The Product, well i have to say the instructions with the watch are not the best, but within an hour i had everything setup for my profile on the watch and using the Garmin Training center software (quick download from there site) on my pc laptop. PC software drivers all loaded first time and very quickly and very simple to understand the Training Center application. Pairing all the sensors was quick and easy and if you pair them all together in one place, then it doesn't matter ... Read More:
