I bought this game for my son who was very reluctant to do any maths with me.It is a fun way of learning, and he gained alot of confidence. I now use this game in my role as SEN teaching asssistant, you can group the cards into +, - and X and focus on that area. It can be used with other teaching aids to speed up the sums, and help gain confidence. A game for two can take 15 to 20 minutes.

Our son got this game for is 4th birthday and he has loved playing it ever since, with increasing level of counting/maths. No one maths game is going to interest a child from early counting to more advanced additon and subtraction. But the beauty of this game is that you can adapt the rules to the level of the children involved. We started using it for basic counting, and now one year later, it really helps with addition and subtraction. And I expect it will retain interest and educational value for some time to come.

They obviously have the item description wrong. There's no mention of the actual product advertised, which is the tea set. Think about it, why would an ironing board be included in a tea set??? They've mixed up the descriptions for the tea set and the cleaning set. If you read the description for the cleaning set (due to be released in February) it states it "Includes teapot, 4 cups, 4 saucers, 4 teaspoons, 4 sparkly tea bags, 4 cup cakes" Amazing that Amazon can't figure that out and someone had to order 2 of them hoping to get the right product.

Both my children play this. It's fast enough to keep the 6 year old interested and easy enough for the 3 year old to move around yet challenging in finding the relevant numbers. They both picked it up quickly and they love it!
