The biggest problem with this is that the sections do not attach to each other, so by the time my daughter has run/crawled through one the other has separated, so really each part can only be used independently which isn't the main idea. She found it a lot of fun for a peek a boo game, but a sheet over a table or clothes horse would have done the same!
As the bits don't connect you end up with them separated everywhere, and as children don't consider what might be the other side of something they just hurl themselves at something that isn't where it should be and there could be a wall or radiator the other side. This problem is exacerbated by the fact that it is very flimsy, far flimsier than it looks in the pic, and so gets blown about ... Read More:

I got this for my 3 1/2 year old son and he LOVES it. Something so simple and he has literally spent hours playing with it. Just don't get it in the carpet or hair...it's a nightmare to get out!

My two year old daughter loves Dora anyway, so we thought this would keep her entertained. And it certainly does. She isn't really one for concentrating on one thing for long, but this will keep her in one place (and amused) for ages, she has grasped how to turn the page and then press the correct button to align the workbook and her spanish is better than mine !!! Plus it's the perfect size for the car, which means I don't have to listen to 'Show me the way to Amarillo' on a continuous loop. Hurrah !! (but she does know that 'Amarillo' is spanish for 'yellow' - and that impresses me no end)

hmm the '30' experiments include a good number of experiments that you don't need any of the equipment included in this pack, and you can get good books, usuch as from tony griffiths (not on amazon) that do better with this
And, I can think of other good experiments that could be included with this sset but are not.
However, the experiments that are in it are pretty good.
The broomstick that spins itself anti-clockwise which ever way you spin it is quite good. As is the balancing phoenix, and the various illusions with mirrors, pictures, 3D pictures etc.
I like the spinning circles where the colours change as you spin, but the spinner itself is hard to use- I recommend sticking a toothpick, pencil etc through the ... Read More:

We bought this because we wanted a visual reminder in our home of the real meaning of Christmas, and we also wanted a robust and child friendly version so that our kids could play with it.
This nativity set is absolutely beautiful and as it's made from wood it will last a life time. The figures are beautifully painted and are a good size and shape for children to play with. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

My youngest daughter (18 months) absolutely loves her little Pea Pod and carries it around everywhere, its a great toy for playing with in the day and she can take it to bed because it is so soft and cuddly! There are no loose parts so it would make an ideal first doll for little ones! We have now bought our three year old the 'Peanut' version to save arguments, and this is just as lovely! Both highly recommended!

My kids love making this puzzle - it keeps them busy for sometime & after they've made it, they sit there & point out to all the places they recognize & perhaps have been to some of them! Educates them about the geography of the country in a fun way :)
