This is the ultimate board game. Its the first board game focused on war I bought and once you get your head round the rules you'll have fun! Risk is just utter brilliance! Its easy to understand the rules and doesn't take to long to understand the rules. Its a fun game to play if you have a lot of people over.

Great game to play even with just two people. Easy to store and helps your Maths skills( adding up!) You need to get all combinations of dice on your score card and if all the numbers on the dice are the same then you have YAHTZEE! Bonus points! i have had it three times in a go! good game to play when you dont really know what to do with yourself.

I ordered this version because I already have the 2006 edition, which is what I received. After a few emails, a replacement order was sent. I was let down again as they had, for a second time, sent the same wrong item. I have now asked for a courier collection for both wrong items and a refund. Unfortunately, Amazon have listed both the 2001 and the 2006 edition with the exact same name "Trivial Pursuit Family Edition". So to recap, if you want this 2001 edition, don't buy it from Amazon, because you won't get it! Note, my ratings are for the item itself, not Amazon's incompetency.

My six year old daughter loves this. The voice recognition works really well for us. It normally opens first time for her. Her friends have a great time trying to get it to open for them - almost always unsuccessfully.
I think the secret is to record the password in the same environment that it will be repeated back e.g. in a quiet bedroom.

Hi, bought this for my son's 8th birthday and its great. The whole family can play (age 6 +), the game itself is very similar to the normal monopoly but instead of standard monopoly counters and cards it is all star wars. Each player has a star wars figure and star wars money. Also instead of chance cards you get Jedi and Sith cards and instead of Hotels you get settelments. My son loves the game a so do i its a must have present for any star wars fan.
