This is great as long as it doesn't come into contact with water. Much like a Mogwai (Gremlins), when in contact with water the fun stops and ink just covers everything. We have a ruined kitchen table as a result and I do accept that there is a warning on the packaging stating that ink may run if it comes into contact with water but anyone with children will know that accidents can (and more often than not, do) happen. Unfortunately the ink isn't wipe off either, when in contact with wood it acts like stain and we have a beautiful pattern on our kitchen table. Great idea just a shame about the flaws but if you're sure you're able to keep children under constant supervision when playing with it then great, just be aware!

For some reason one of our sons favourites is Toby. This is a great piece and i notice he plays with it a lot. Pity there is no windmill to go with one of the Toby stories (yes i know, like you no doubt...i too am forced to watch them). There is one thing to be aware. this is one of the heavier take along pieces, so if you child is prone to the odd mood to rocket launch toys, you would be advised to steer clear of this, its about double the weight of a normal take along train. the colouring, painting and moulding is spot on on realism.

We were very disapointed with this item - the bell ring is VERY quiet and the magnetic ringer only works with brio trucks that have large metal hubs on the wheels. If, like us, you have a hybrid set of Tesco/Thomas/Brio etc. you may find some problems with getting the bell to ring at all.
It's a good idea but just doesn't work well in practice. we recommend a level crossing or collapsing bridge instead. >>More Details |

My daughter was given this doll last christmas and wow!! It talks, asks for her bottle, blanky & teddy. It says "I love you mummy" and more!
Our daughter will not entertain any other doll, it has to be 'Emma' every time. She smells sweet, looks cute and is very amusing to see even for us parents. We're considering whether to get her another one so that she can play with both or have one as a back up as she almost lost it once. I would give this toy & it's accessories 11/10, perfect for girls age 3+ - Well Done Fisher Price!! >>More Details |
