We bought this camera for our son's third birthday and decided to test it before he knew about it and I'm glad we did as we have sent the camera back for a refund.
The camera is physically ideal - big chunky buttons that are easy to press, screw down covers for the batteries so he can't pull it apart and it's generally quite rugged and kid-proof. The problem is the use of this camera as, well, a camera. It takes shots that are 640x480 and they all come out looking slightly blurred, if indeed they come out at all. It only really works outdoors during the day; try to use it indoors and the viewscreen is so dark you can barely see anything and the flash is pretty much worthless. It reminds me of the first ... This toy looks absolutely beautiful,very life-like of a golden retriever puppy. However the mechanics are far from great,they are very noisy and very "rachety" we had our puppy only a day and during that time he was only "working" a few times then he laid down by command something made a very loud noise in his back and he couldn't get up again,presumably something had broken,which I was very annoyed about as he is expensive and for that sort of money you don't expect the "puppy" to break in such a short space of time and particularly as it wasn't a child that had it. We also noticed that although he did the 6 commands he didn't necessarily do them when he was "told"to, he basically did what he wanted.!a bit like our "real" golden retriever!!. ... Read More:

I was looking for a replacement for my travel magnetic scrabble as the letters on that tend to fall off as the glue holding the letter to the magnet melts in the heat. Apart from that, it was a well designed set which was compact and everything fitted into the board when not being used.
This version is much bigger. The board opens on one side (not on both as per other reviewers - maybe they have changed the design) to hold the racks and any unplayed tiles while played tiles can simply remain on the board. My main gripe is that shuffling the tiles on the rack is not easy as they are quite a tight fit. I m anticipating losing a few tiles before long. >>More Details |

Without babbling on about how wonderful Star Wars is and its universe that George Lucas created, I'll get straight to the point.
