I got this for my four year old daughter who will start school in August. She is already role-playing using this and just loves it. The house and campervan sets are quite good too. She doesn't even mind that we now have multiple Peppa and family figures. She's just turned them into extended family. Didn't know Peppa had so many cousins!

I haven't bought this product through amazon but would like to help those who want a box etc for the kit. You can buy it through Rapid Electronics and get an "education set". It can be more expensive at times but it is frequently on offer and comes with a couple of extra sensors....and a storage box. I bought the set with rechargeable batteries, charger and the software (which is bought separately in this case) for £155 inc VAT no delivery as I live in the town where the depot is! OK, so overall I paid more than the prices quoted here - but I got a lot more too! I had so much fun with the kit that I then went and bought 30 for the schools that I work with. It is, without doubt, the best Lego kit for children aged over 6 - the models are simple ... Read More:

I think it is poorly made - the cardboard base is flimsy and does not stay in place.
The rules are so complicated i very soon lost the will to live, never mind play and my 2 girls aged 6 and 4 spent 5 minutes making the flowers grow and then it went away. In the 3 months since my daughter's birthday neither of my girls has got it off the shelf to play with, and i certainly hope it stays that way. I have just received this item today and it includes 2 completely Gold coloured Gormiti figures rather than the 2 normal red figures shown in the picture. I think this is a Europe edition as it has other European languages first on the box. The figures are called 'The Fiery Angel' and 'Firespitter'. I think this is a completely updated model as the Volcano looks different too eg there is no green flora over it.
I must admit I haven't taken it out of the box yet as it's a Christmas present but it looks sturdy and impressive. The volcano opens out completley and has a puncher, a fire dragon, an opening mouth, lookout, firing tongue and talon. It opens out completely to reveal secret hideaways.
